3/2025 things have definitely changed staff is no longer friendly, God forbid you press that red customer assistance button , If you need assistance at check out , you get a look like you should be banned from cvs , you know what Walgreens is 3 blocks down.

Picked up prescriptions in the morning at the store opening. Very quick, no wait. Store was clean; I walked the aisles looking what they had afterwards because I had not been to that location. Employees greeted me in the aisles, one even tried to help me with self checkout

I went today at 1 to buy some baby’s supplies. The machine isn’t working it charged me twice for a baby bottle. I couldn’t prove it because the receipt didn’t print. The lady that was there to assist was rude and unhelpful.

Im very satisfy with the Customer Service from all the Staff at this particular CVS Store and pleased with all the articles/products placements and services this CVS Store offer to all his customers. Everything is well organized, neat and eye catching for the customer Eyes. All Staffs make you feel like family and thats something I appreciative, all staff are very attentive, diligent and super friendly and helpful. ? I LOVE MY LOCAL CVS STORE VERY MUCH!!
I would NOT change anything keep up the great work and team Leadership!

The worst service I have ever seen, I went to buy something and I had to leave because there was no one to open a stall the only one who did that was there during her break time after more than 20 minutes of waiting I left with nothing but They have no staff, they should not keep the products under lock and key.
