I have been a loyal customer for cvs for years. With that said the only one that provides excellent customer service is Humma, I believe that’s her name. The other employees need to be trained more or cvs needs to hire a more professional group to handle this sight. I had the worse customer service ever. I have an Extented customer service experience and this group of employees on summit Ave in Union City are giving a very poor rap to the cvs industry. They do not make a customer feel helped and I numerous times was not treated with compassion. I go there because it’s close to my home but I’m thinking of changing stores. I use to be a cvs employee years ago and I know how to speak to customer especially if we want the site and company to be successful

Had a bad experience getting my blood pressure pills. Person at the counter was not rite when i went to pay when I looked at what the price of the pills I put my money on the counter he told me I need to put it in his hand

Worst cvs ever. They have the most rude staff possible. Never have the photo department operational and still online allows to place orders for prints or photo books or whatever else.When go to pick up after receiving email for item ready the staff says we don't have no ink in the printer , what can we do if you got an email that order is ready.Hopeless useless store.

I went to this store to pick up a picture frame that I had ordered online. I arrived 45 minutes before closing time, and the employee who helped me was clearly not interested in working at the closing time. She was busy talking to her colleagues and making jokes, and she didn't even bother to look for the frame in the racks. She tried to print out a new order form for me instead of looking into the rack. She needs 20 minutes to give the new order. After long time, she told me that the printer was broken and that I would have to come back the next day or suggested to cancel my order. I told her that I had already received a confirmation email and text message for my pick-up, and that the frame was supposed to be in stock. She finally agreed to look for the frame again, and she found it after a few minutes. I'm not sure how she had missed it the first time, but it seemed like she was just trying to waste my time. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service at this store. I will not be recommending it to my friends or family, and I would suggest going somewhere else in NYC if you need picture frames.

CVS pharmacy is excellent and team member Humma is very helpful and she guides all the customer with right product information and I got the CVS membership which was pocket friendly and extremely helpful.I prefer my all future pharmacy purchases from CVS pharmacy only.Thank you

Management team or higher employee of CVS please read thisEXPIRED PRODUCTS ON SALVES AND ON DISPLAYAfter a long working day, I was going home and this STORE is on the way so I stopped there to buy some snacks. Yesterday I bought a few chocolate and candy bars. Today when I open one of the candy bars when I start eating taste was not good so I checked the date it EXPIRED. Today when I went to the store to inform them and I just asked for an exchange, unfortunately, I forgot my receipt so I was explaining to one of the employees and I was telling her that you should not have EXPIRED items on the salves one other guy just jumped between our conversation ( you will see him in the video ) and told me that “ I SHOULD CHECK THE DATE BEFORE BUYING” he was very rude. I said I am not asking for a refund I just want to change it. It’s only $1.79. He said we can not do anything. When I asked him for his name he became more rude. A lady I was talking to called somebody else she said she is the manager name Emmy she came and asked me for a receipt I said I don’t have it can you just change it? Long story short suddenly they asked for my bank card which I used to pay and then asked for my ID. I was so upset I said you know what let me go home and come back with a receipt. When I came back I asked the guy for his name again he said WHY DONT YOU FIND OUT BY YOURSELF? He is like a kid. I hope anybody who is a responsible person in the store or management please teach your employee how to behave and talk to a customer. That guy looks like a Kid to me. It’s their job to check all the products on the salves are good or not. A lady name Emmy finally helped me they have lots of EXPIRED Candies on the salves. Finally, Emmy found one good one and she changed it for me. For $1.79 I had to go through all this. It’s not about money it’s about kids (employees) working in the store. They are very young I guess they don’t understand responsibility. I hope they improve their service.

This store needs to Answer the phone!I call and call put on hold for 15 minutes then they pick up and hang it up that's terrible!Also it's been over 1 year now they REFUSE to allow customers to use the bathroom! They say it's BROKE but I know it's not because the cashier tells me they just don't want to have to clean it. And the don't want to keep giving out toilet paper because no one no staff member knows how the lock it into the toilet paper holder dispenser! This also is terrible especially for SENIORS who NEED the toilet waiting for a prescription that takes 40minutes to 1 hour to fill! TerribleIt's small and cramped area for pharmacy Staff but they MUST expand space and hire a SECOND PHARMACIST to move faster. It's a very good and very busy pharmacy we are greatful to have! But it needs these improvements soon! Thank Laura ? ? PRAY you fix these BIG ISSUES soon!

Be careful if you ask where the location of an item is because you might get a sigh and an attitude.And if that is not bad enough, there is a bowling alley up top. Pounding noises as you are trying to concentrate on what you are trying to buy.It's no coincidence that many people have the same problem that I do. Clearly something is failing

Worst place ever for customer service they text me to pick up my medicine waited 30 mins cause it actually wasn't ready I ask if I have anything else that needed to be picked up they said no pulling up to my house I get a text my meds are ready to be picked up smh most unorganized store ever.
