Saw the bad reviews and gave this place the benefit of the doubt but the older lady with glasses is rude. Older gentleman on register was kind but this lady was just on her phone and thinks it’s ok to randomly yell at customers for the smallest things. Someone needs to humble her. It’s a dollar general, not the military, lady.

The night manager here has some sort of a god complex and told me I wasn’t allowed to purchase an item I had went BACK to the store for. I needed extra money, went home, came back 15 minutes later, was about to purchase it and the cashier was told over the walkie talkie by her control freak manager not to let me purchase the item?? Literally argued with me over it even thought it was for sale? Is this how these managers operate and treat their employees now? She was cursing at her poor cashier over the walkie talkie even before I got to the register. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment those employees shouldn’t have to endure that treatment.

It was a delight visiting this store. Customer service is top notch and one of the most organized I’ve seen in a long time. I think I spent more money just because I was able to see everything! I will be shopping here again.

10/19/23: I like going to the is store, it’s convenient and has some affordable items. One of the male managers is very nice and acknowledges me whenever I come in. I just wish some of the other employees had great customer service

I got a febreze spray it was half full and I really think they need to check on who useing the stuff because we are buying it getting like this is not right knowing we are paying the price for it and it’s half full
