This place saved me. We needed our transfer case replaced after it failed right before a long road trip. I called around to see who would be fastest. Edwin not only gave us the time but his rates were the most reasonable out of anyone we called. Very professional and honest. Him and his team noticed some other issues we should pay attention to and gave us some great guidance to work with some other specialists in the area if we were going to address the less urgent issues. Thank you for saving my family’s road trip.

Great service. They are fair and reasonable. We have used them periodically throughout the year. Recently we used them for an AC Repair. The initial fix did not work but I am happy to relay that when contacted they quickly took the car in and serviced it while I waited. The AC is now working fine which is useful as the weather is getting hotter. It put me at ease knowing that they guarantee their work and were good about taking the car back on short notice. I would highly recommend this repair shop and would use them again.

We’re so grateful we found E & C. After hearing some unsettling whistling and grinding in our car on our way back to the city, we drove around trying to find an open mechanic on a Saturday evening. Many were listed as open on Google and were actually closed!We arrived shortly before closing, and the garage door was half-closed. The mechanic there (the owner?) was amazing. We needed new brake pads.He came out and diagnosed the issue in minutes, and he told us where to get parts and labor at AutoZone. We were able to confirm his diagnosis at another mechanic. When we weren’t able to find someone for labor to make our car safe to drive home, he did the job for us even though it was well after closing. Reasonable price to boot.

Very unprofessional... Tells me a price. I work up to save it and then go and he tells me no warranty/guarantee because he would have to put a used part because they can't find my part but never even bothered looking for the part... Don't tell someone a price if you don't know all the details.

Was working on 43rd and KB my contractors car wouldn't start. Was searching everywhere for jumper cables. Was directed to this place. I gave them a call a nice gentleman answered told me to give him a moment. He came out with a jumper box. Walked across the street to my contractors car and jumped the car. When asked how much he said not to worry. Just to show there are genuinely good people in this world. Thank you E & C. Definitely saved the day.
