Ordered through Uber eats and app said 15-35 minutes. They took 2hrs and brought the he beer that seemed from the back of the store not the fridge (hot beer) . Never ordering from this clowns again

Absolutely horrible customer service. The merchant was very difficult to understand so I asked in a respectful manner, if he spoke another language. He responded with, “This was English do you understand me” (in a stern tone of voice). The merchant did not cancel my order, and hung up the phone with no resolution. Uber and merchant charged me for full service, for service when not one service was done for me. No preparation and no delivery. Horrible experience, I will not recommend this location, nor UBER EATS.

Tried to cancel a delivery within 3 minutes (no exaggeration) of ordering and they refused. In addition, they once left bottles outside on the sidewalk for a delivery person to pick up after they were closed. Very unsafe.

I am a connoisseur of the imported from Britain ginger beer (raspberry and regular flavor) to which I got accustomed while living in Jersey City, NJ. When I moved to Union City Los Laureles Liquors did not carry this brand and flavor of the beer. I kindly asked the owner if there would be a possibility to order this beer. Couple weeks later the Crabs Ginger Beer was on the shelf in the fridge behind the glass door. It is virtually impossible to describe the joyful moment I experienced. Given, that their store is on the corner of my block and the close by easy access to get my #2 favorite beverage I was in the awe saying to myself - wow, sometimes dreams do come true. I’m giving the store and it’s owners 5 stars!
