Terrible customer service, Juan sold me a device, he did not give me the correct instructions, when I return they will adjust what they had told me at the time of purchase, they did not help me, they did not want to return the money, when from the beginning He had told me I could do it, lack of information about the services, the customer service was terrible, it is a lack of respect.

I made 1 star for metro pcs because I didn't find 00. I had a problem in my account which was suspended i was talking to customer service they couldn't do nothing i paid my 50 $ as i used to do for 5 years when i came Friday 4/14/23to metropcs 42th Bergenline ave union city around 8h40 i see the agency is still open when i went inside the lady refused to talk to and she open back the door saying even you are customer and you have a problem my time is over i can not listen to and plz go out holding the door i feel like a drunk man treating somebody not a customer i regret to to take this 0 very bad carrier my problem is serious with this service very bad but i wrote this review about this girl. Working here she should look for an other job she looks not ready to deal with customes if she finished her shift she shoud close the door if she funished or talk to me a nice way am customer i paid 50 $ and metro pcs throw out a 5 years customer but thanks god there better i spent black Friday in april with metro pcsIf the workers respect customes means that they respect their job and their supervisor if not i advise metro pcs to get this serious because its people's there and trust not a joke and make people having high blood pressure

This store has outstanding customer service and they will truly assist you in finding the best phone that suits you! They are glad to answer any question you may have and are very tolerant and patient when it comes to allowing you to make your decision. They will not pressure you in anyway. I highly suggest you choose this metro by T-Mobile store over any other store in NJ!

prices are always wrong and higher, they want to make more profit from you, check corporate store at (5133 Bergenline Ave) for best updated prices. they also very bad customer service, they always give you wrong information and they have bad attitude

Went to this store looking to purchase a new phone as a mother's day gift, and was hustled. The phone purchased was an iPhone XR. First the price displayed was much lower in comparison to how much the seller was trying to sell it for. Claimed that it was due to taxes and fees. Furthermore, they pretended like they were in a phone call with their boss and claimed their boss gave the clear to lower the price as advertised. Said he would put on the screen protector for the phone and throw in a phone case free of charge. Two weeks after purchasing, I decided to open up the phone box which to have been used and to my surprise, the phone had a dent. This phone was never sold to us as used and was sold to us as a brand new iPhone and on top of that the entire time, it was being marketed as a new phone. Went ahead to try to obtain a refund or an exchange and was told it was too late to do that because the seven days have passed. Truly disappointed.

have been with metro pcs for about 12 years the plan i have when i got the plan i was told i had 4 smart phone lines for 100.00 i got 2 smart phones and because my elderly parents where not very tech savy i got them flip phones they have since past away so i wanted to change one of their phones to a smart phone i was told i would have to change plans and pay more. they courantly have the same plan i was supposed to have for new customers only i understand this is to attract new business but being a customer of 12 or 13 years i thought they would at least allow me to keep the same plan they told me i had they need to know it is cheaper to keep existing customers than get new ones i am seriously considering boost mobile as they are offering 4 lines unlimited for the $100.00 that metro pcs promised me in the first place.

The lgstylo 5 is not a good cellphone. I like samsung or others from the store. Its not clear the call when you are talking ..people tell me always they cant hear me.....
