Was there in the morning a few months ago before they opened.. a brunette and a blonde girl where there but the brunette was rude, the blonde hair girl was very nice and helped my mom and i get what we wanted. She was the only nice thing about that store.

Bad customer service. Lack of courtesy and professionalism. Pressure customers into buying. Furthermore, store fails to follow metropcs General policies. I recommend you do not go to this store.

This store is the worst, they will basically rip you off. I went today to make a test of honesty and service. This is how my test went I ask one of the employees how much the iPhone X will cost. Have in mind the following: Right now MetroPCS is offering the iPhone X 64GB online and in Store for $999. In New Jersey they charge 7% tax in phone sales, some areas will vary (In Union City NJ they charge 7%, this is the location for this store!) Now going back to the test I asked them how much will it cost me the iPhone X 64GB with an upgrade. I told them I have a year with my current device the iPhone 7 Plus. Note: With your number they can look up your phone IMEI in their POS system which is your phone identity and with this they can see for how long your device is been active. MetroPCS customer qualify for promotion every 3 months, the iPhone X doesn't have any promos right now so the price will be $999. MetroPCS also charge a $15 upgrade fee when you switch your device “This is called an upgrade fee†Ok I asked the employee I have a year with my iPhone 7 Plus and that I want to upgrade to the iPhone X 64GB how much will it cost me? The employee checked my number in the system and she said I have more than 3 months with my device. The iPhone X 64GB will have to cost me this $1083.93 this is the correct price in this area To break it down here is the math 999 + 7% tax (7 percent with the total value of the phone is 1.07, to get the 7% subtract divide 7 by 100 = 0.07 now add the value of the device which is 1 why? 1 represents the 100% value of the number in percentage. You will have this 1.07. Now by multiplying 999x1.07 = 1068.93 now we add the upgrade fee which is 15 that's equal to $1083.93 the correct price for this area. Going back to the conversation with the MetroPCS employee at this location they were charging me $1300 for the upgrade in my account. So I told them why are you charging me $1300 when the upgrade fee I know is $15 and the tax that is charge in the phones in this area is 7%? Then she said it will be $1200. I said why are you charging so much? She replied that's the total cost, and I show her the math and she still gave me a vague answer. To save you the trouble don't go to this store to buy it or upgrade your phones because they will rip you off. I recommend you to go to a corporate location because they will give you the right price and any specials if there is any available. One more thing if it said authorize dealer you could ask them what's the name of the dealer, there's nothing wrong with that, if they say they don't know or don't want to tell you something is up. The only reason they won't tell you is because they don't want you to report them to MetroPCS for their bad practices.
