I give them zero out of 10 because they steal and scam. I don't know how they have 4 stars with all the bad opinions they have. They also put service and equipment on my account and I still have it in force. They also want to charge me 25 dollars for each line that the franchise manager deactivates. If he has a little honesty, he should contact me and I have already complained and there is no solution. Put an end to this.

Don't go to this store, the man who works there, the only thing he knows is to steal, I pay 60 and charge me 90. Every month it's a different problem, they add things to you without asking, they never give you an invoice and they always overcharge you.

I came here on 04/16/2024 to get a new phone. Alexis was nice enough and made it happen. However, I had to come back due to minor issues with the phone, I came back yesterday (Sunday around 11:00am & they were closed!) Even though it says they open at 10am. So I had to come back today & Lorena helped me with the issues with my phone. Hopefully I'm all set for now. PSA: the number that is listed doesn't work, I was told they don't have a working number yet.

They have given me very bad service all the time they add insurance that one does not ask for now I pay $230 and with the 5 from the store it is $235 and today they charge me $240 the lady who is there is very pedantic very bad customer service they are thieves in The face is robbed and he told me not to come back, I don't know why Metro PC has rude people working there in the store.

Very bad service I went to get a line on my watch and supposedly they could do the service and until today, they charged me for everything and nothing works for me, also everyone who works there starts talking on the phone in front of the customers very Bad service, I have gone twice since to have them solve it and nothing, I do not recommend it at all, Bad service.
