I first went to a well known store with the acronym BB and within that store had a Squad of Geeks that told me there was a $100 diagnostic fee plus and including $60 to take my computer parts out and $60 to put the parts back into my computer and that didn't even include actually fixing my computer. Needless to say I thought that was a bit expensive so I found MLACOMPUTER while searching Google. There was no diagnostic fee and the gentleman found out the issue with my laptop within 5 minutes. I ended up paying only a small fraction of the cost and saved over $100+ on the fix. I would highly recommend using small and local businesses that care more about the community than these large corporate giants who even though are Billionaires still overcharge for their services. Thank you MLACOMPUTER!

I needed same day laptop repair as my computer died and was not charging. I went once and they were very friendly, helpful, and quick in diagnosing what was wrong and sent me home with a new ac adapter. A few weeks later it happened again and they took their time to repair the motherboard without an extra payment because it was the same issue. Super refreshing when some people nickel and dime you for anything. I could not recommend more. Very honest and very helpful.

Update - they did a very good job on fixing my pc, very nice people in the store and very friendly, they put in 2 new very expensive fans all for free and also ended up cleaning the whole pc, very professional and they know what they’re doing 😊😃

MLA Computer is AMAZING! I've taken several devices to them over the past couple of years, tablets, phones and laptops and they've been able to fix things that I thought were beyond repair.
Their prices are great! They've always been completely honest with me. They have complete integrity. They're not greedy and they're not trying to make every last dime off of you that they can. They're quite generous with the high quality of work they do and the fair prices they charge.
A few months ago I took my 8 year old's laptop in because he had finally destroyed it. They said it couldn't be fixed but they could sell me one of their used ones for under $200 - (an $800 laptop new). A while later the hinge on the monitor started to break. So I took it back to them, fully expecting to pay for the repair - but they fixed it and said there was no charge! I mean, they really stood behind what they sold me and I appreciated that so much!

They said they would call the next day with a price it took almost a week to get an estimate. The repair also took longer than stated. My computer was fixed however instead of fixing or disclosing that there was an additional issue with the speakers they imbalanced the sound and didn’t say anything.
