“Went today for passport appointments for me, husband and 2 kids. Line went SUPER fast even though everyone is on the same line regardless of what you're there for. The Clerk that called us up was Joshua. The appointment I booked was also for photos, got there at 1.33pm appointment is at 2.. he tells us camera is down and that there is a Walgreens nearby... go take the pics and come back. Went for the photos... came back by 2.10pm and there he was at his window. 2 people ahead of us. We got to the window at 2.11pm!! He was so professional and so kind. I made some mistakes on the applications and he was so patient with us. Gave me extra sheets to fill out, made us copies of our documents and everything. We were done 1 hour later. Thank you so much Joshua!!”
