They should change their schedule in this platform so that way people will know at what time they close cuz this is absolutely absurd that we drive for more than 45 minutes and to find out that the store is already closed meanwhile in here it says it's closing until 5:00 pm on Sundays.

This website is a hoax and has HORRIBLE customer service. This site came highly recommended by another shoe lover who had purchased from them before. I received these shoes on Friday as seen in the photos. This is absolutely disgusting and disappointing. For a site that claims they have authentic shoes, these definitely show otherwise. They are GROSSLY DEFECTIVE and are totally replica quality!! Glue is visible on the entire sole of the shoe… one shoe didn’t even have an insole in it!!! Like come on!! Their return policy is a little vague as there is no return portal on the site as they mentioned, so I’ve been unable to submit a return. I have since been trying to get in contact with the store via phone and online with no avail. I have even sent in an online inquiry but still have no response. When I call the number listed on their website, someone answers, but just hangs up. I recommend extreme caution when shopping with this company!

Their service in store is great. Cool people that know their sneakers.My problem is their app and their ethic with the app.Don't download their app as its a waste of money, time and effort. They never post any drops on the app as they sell most of the pairs in person before 10am (when they usually schedule a drop).

These guys are the best. Get your limited releases from nice guys who aren't backdoor "raffling". Support your local small businessesUpdate: the "love letter" purchase led to me being entered in a raffle and won an opportunity to purchase hyper royals 2 months later. That's how you do customer loyalty! Best boutique in NJ by far. Nike give them more stock!

I’ve been going to the same exact store since I was around 18 and I’m going to be 38 this year this is the only place that I recommend to my family and friends especially if I want to get something up-to-date modern and fresh. Not to hit them up but this is the only store worth visiting if you are on Bergenline Avenue and Union city. People come to the store from out of state just because they know what’s up. Highly recommend going in person Unless you’re out of state in which you can easily order whatever you want on their app.
