I have had my storage unit here for about 3 months, it has been nothing but a negative experience. Let's start with the mold issues in the basement due to ventilation problems and the humidity down there. There are also water leakage issues in the basement. When I requested to move my location location I was told I would have to pay the administrative fee again. This location also opens late and closes early on a regular basis (3-4 times a week). To cap it off they recently raised rent prices (my unit went up 3 times my old rate) without addressing any of these issues listed. Overall just a poor experience at this location.

Unit I rented was perfect size and fit everything I needed too. Easy access to facilities and unit. Only thing I wasn’t happy with is the raised rent after 2 months

I’m not a big fan when it comes to leaving reviews but man Rosa who is unfortunately leaving after today deserves this review. She is amazing, she knows how to do her job and keep the clients happy! It’s a shame that she’s leaving, because it’s so hard to come across someone like her, who has passion in her job and knows how to do it right. But I wish her the best in her next job journey.

I made a mistake with the on line reservation and registration but when when my wife and I arrived we met rose and her coworker, amazing people, they made us forget we even made a mistake and they also made all better and straighten it out for us and accommodated us even better , respectful, friendly knowledgeable and made us feel like family and to be honest I recommend prime storage in n union city to everyone . U have to go for ur self to understand the feeling of warmth and belonging the individual rose made us feel , she took care of everything and even made sure that I had my id back and even swept and double checked and cleaned our clothes not herself . Thank u rose we truly do appreciate u god bless and a shout-out to u and prime storage , u got us are the best.
