The worts business bank I choose to have a as my business account first their ATMs never work sometimes out of service or docent take cash for deposit????fix this issue or put a sign saying your ATMS are out of serviceToday is my second day coming back to this bank ATMs and again they are down what is going on and d bank? Get it together we are paying for this services ???

Unacceptable. For a national bank, they really need to update their ATMs. I have been here multiple times and there is always an issue with the ATMs, one is usually out of service and the one available regularly does not accept cash deposits. Also, the area is always kept very dirty, no maintenance done whatsoever. The software on the ATMs is slow as well, takes forever to do one transaction. No attempt is made to update the service, on going problem for years

I just started an account here and the worker Diana Ortega was the sweetest person ever. She assisted my mom and I in every step. You do have to wait awhile due to covid. And one atm machine, the one to the left, is slower then other. Other then that, I had great experience!

I went change 10$ Into quarters.. after I made a long line..they told me I need an account with them!! I have been doing this forever....any other bank does it without having an account with them... It's just an exchange...dollar bills for quarters... What is this nonsense!!??
