They closed my account, and I visited 13 times to find out why. There was no reason or explanation. Most operations depend on the regional manager, who won't come to the bank at all. This is the most INCONVENIENT Bank I have ever dealt with. Beware if you plan to open an account or have one here.

My business bank account I opened a few days ago was closed abruptly. No text, email, or call from the bank. They didn't even answer my calls when I tried to reach out. Went to the branch, and the bank manager (Diana Ortega) said the reason was the name of the company not matching with EIN. Contacted IRS and confirmed everything looks good. IRS also sent the EIN verification letter by fax. Waited in the bank the entire half of my day (4-5) hours for resolution. Becareful if you open a business account here. You never know when they close it without notice or warning. Worst experience so far, I will see how it goes.

The wait time at this bank is impossible. It doesn't matter what time you come, if you have an appointment or not. I have to commend the bank manager, when I told her my frustration she took care of me immediately. But TD is not staffing this bank location properly and they need to give their customers at this location better service, period.

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Ada Herrera Borja#567418, the Assistant Store Manager at TD Bank on JFK Boulevard, Union City, NJ, and I can’t praise her enough! I came in to open a safe deposit box on September 7, 2024 and from the moment I walked in, Ms. Herrera Borja’s professionalism, efficiency, and warm demeanor truly stood out. Terribly mismanaged branch. They blame customers for their own disorganization and sometimes don't event pick up the phone. If there wasn't another branch closer to me - I would switch banks.

This location is severely short staffed. There were 2 associates working and even though there were only 3 customers ahead of me, I waited almost an hour to see a personal banker

Waited at TD line for about 10 mins (not too bad)
When I got to the counter a man with a bald head was very unapproachable, sighed and was annoyed that he had to make me another card after a representative told me to come to a TD branch to receive another.
I don’t mind bad news but this guy had a way of being unfriendly and obviously miserable with his job. I don’t know if there were lies that were being told but maybe hiring people who don’t mind their job would be great for your establishment.

Bad service, to much time to make a deposit. I went the other day took me 25 mins to make a deposit, 4 person in the line before me.
