I recently visited 2 Manny Auto Sales in Union, NJ while searching for a 2019 BMW X6, and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. I worked with Tristan, who was incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions clearly, made the buying process smooth, and created a comfortable, no-pressure environment.

I have recently purchased a beautiful car from 2 Mannys. August 30, 2025. I spoke to a few people (Emilio,Tristan)on the phone couple of days prior to visiting the shop on Saturday. I ended up bumping into Christian on the lot while looking at the car. He told me they are a family business and I can deal with whomever at the shop.
I thought I was late arriving at 9.45am, as I was not aware they moved their opening time to 10.30 am that day due to Labor Day weekend. I was happy about this as about 10 minutes after looking at the car another buyer showed up for the same car I wanted.
I immediately requested a test drive and asked how do they decide who gets the car ? They said first come first serve. So I got the first shot on financing and when all numbers were final they asked : are you okay with all numbers? If so, we have to tell the gentleman the car is sold to you! The whole process was very smooth.
The shop was not pushy trying to sell me warranty or gap insurance etc. I opted in for one and declined the other and that was okay. The fee is $599 for processing which I found fair, and the dmv fees of course.
Overall a smooth process and did not feel like I had to worry about being taken advantage of at all.
( I went there without my husband)
The few days after driving home ( 1 hour away from 2 Mannys) the check engine light popped up. I called them and they said you have 90 days warranty by us, so bring the car back and we will check it out and service the car accordingly.
I drove the car back the next Saturday and had the car looked at by their mechanics. I was assured that anything pops up on the dashboard within 90 days they will take care of.
I might have to drive back one more time but so far this has been a very good experience and they really are salesman who care about their reputation. Men of their words.
