Found cockroaches in the pizza, told the gentleman working behind the counter and he immediately removed the pie of pizza I know that sometimes this is uncontrollable being that the pizzerias in Union City and I've had pizza here before and it was great but this really gross me out

This place is horrible. I went inside with my service dog and tried to eat and the guy told me to leave and it outside. I showed him my id and everything stating my dog was a trained service animal and he still told me I couldn’t eat

I was impressed my first time walking into UC Pizza. The person that took my order was very nice and the pizza was good. GREAT. However whenever I seem to place a call for delivery, it seems that the same person who was so nice at the counter isn't as nice on the phone. He is very impatient, has slick remarks, and is very rude. Then tries to cover it up with kindness afterwards which is very awkward. If you can bot deal with taking orders at all big or small then you should do 'dine in only'.

The food is very bad. Ordered chicken fingers and fries. The fries look like they were soaking in greese. Terrible on time ordered pasta. The pasta looked like it was soaking in water. Disgusting !!

I order for delivery three times and my order has always comes out wrong. I called each time and the person told me her didn’t hear me and that he didn’t have vegetables to make a veggie pizza.

I drove all the way down from jersey city this place is supposed to be open at this time which advertise on Google maps, but it’s not open at all so deserve 0 star ⭐️ for fake advertising I sorry ?

This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had order food for my family on Father’s Day on to receive a wrong order and on top of that there food is horrible no flavor cold the food isn’t even edible the woman who answered the phone couldn’t even tell me who her manager was I asked to speak to someone in charge and she had absolutely no idea who that was the chicken Alfredo was disgusting and my wife ordered chicken in garlic and oil with penne and it was so horrible we through out our entire order out after realizing that we were on the phone with uc pizza for 20 mins with no resolution and not 1 apology they didn’t even offer to fix the order to what was actually ordered!! I wish there was an option for zero stars because your pizzeria is a disgrace to our community!!!! Thank you UC Pizza for ruining my FATHERS DAY Waste of 50 dollars only to throw it out and end up ordering from an actual pizzeria that actually deserves my money I hope you guys get shut down because from the looks of these reviews your restaurant is just stealing peoples money and has been getting away with it to long I don’t not wish this experience on my worst enemy by far worst food I ever had!!
