The people that work here do not care for any semblance of customer service. You ask a question and they walk away. Regardless of your tone or demeanor, their demeanor is simply that they couldn’t care less about being employed or providing you with any kind of useful information.

The staff on this facility it’s not only inefficient but also disrespectful. They don’t have Spanish speaking workers to help the Hispanic people. Today my family was there and they were shouted by a staff member that they need to speak English because “This is America and we speak English here”. Only one person in line was able to understand what she was saying because she was the only one who speaks English. Which she also proceeded to say that this is what our people “voted for”. I found this incredibly disturbing, this is not justified behavior. This is the oppression of a community who has always been here. Let’s think for a second if we are going ignore and normalize this behavior here. Once again, the staff in this facility it’s not efficient , they have people waiting in line for nearly an hour, and they have bad attitude all the time, and let’s add the fact that they are now harassing the Hispanic community that can’t speak English.

They need a drop-off window for pre-labeled packages. Been waiting for 40 min on the line because of two people ahead of me with passport appointments. This post office handles a ton of passport appointments and seems to be very understaffed.
They need a separate line for passport appointments. Anyone who needs to take care of their mail-related needs ends up waiting forever. Avoid if you don't have hours to waste.

I wish to give 0 stars lazy workers my husband is disabled and I order a wheelchair to be sent to my house and they never delivered it. But it said they attempted to deliver.I had to go to the place to get it. On top of that it was never even in a truck in the first place it was put aside and they told me on the phone to wait til tomorrow to deliver it cause they try to deliver it knowing it wasn't even in the truck. And this was an emergency. They needed to close this place down it gets worse as the years go by

So I just left this location not 5 minutes ago when this African American woman( I don’t know her name…thank God!) was receiving customers at the intake window. She was so rude and unfortunately doesn’t posses common sense. Let me explain…I questioned her regarding the difference in arrival times and costs between overnight express and priority express…which I have used countless times in my 5 decades of being on this earth…but obviously prices have changed annually…so I inquired first. She proceeded to tell me and then argue the ridiculous point that express mail will arrive OVERNIGHT…like I asked if it did…for around $32! Which first and foremost is ridiculous and 100% more expensive than just a few years ago( what a rip off)! But anyway…it’s mom’s day…but then she added that “well it’s “MOST LIKELY” going to arrive overnight but it can take 1-“2” days!!🤔🤔🤔…how in the world is OVERNIGHT 1-“2” days??!! I then CORRECTED her and said…”well then it’s not OVERNIGHT if it’s 1-“2” days!!! Overnight equals 1 night…not 2!!! She…still arguing….” No it is overnight and “MOST LIKELY” will arrive tomorrow… we only say 1-“2” days just in case it doesn’t!” DUH?! No crap Sherlock…then that means it’s not GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT!!!! I mean…have IQ’s dropped 30 points in the past 10 years??!!! Overnight means ONE NIGHT not “MOST LIKELY”!!! I said…so obviously if you’re saying 1-2 days…you’re not guaranteeing an overnight arrival or the 2 days wouldn’t be part of your statement you would’ve just said “1” day!!! Now I know why this location has a 1.6 HORRIBLE RATING!!!! The supervisors( who are probably worse) need to RETRAIN their employees and TEACH THEM BASIC COMMON SENSE!!! It’s okay if it’s not a guaranteed overnight delivery but in my opinion…for $32( which again is an insult to my intelligence…used to be $16.95 GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT!!!) if it’s not GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY…which means 1 day…not a POSSIBLE 2….its ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY and it’s obvious the US Post Office has joined the many many corporate entities that have chosen to GAUGE the American Consumer and TAKE FROM THEM!!! I will never enter this location again nor will I send nor purchase one single stamp from them! I will continue to use FedEx like most people! You don’t get the ARROGANT “KNOW IT ALL” CHARACTER who turns out not to know didly squat!!!🥱

Everytime I tried to call about my case, they either dont pick up or leave me on hold until they close.
Got a package stolen from the same post office when it was supposed to be delivered to my address but somehow it shows as delivered saying that someone pick it up. Very unprofessional

Went today for passport appointments for me, husband and 2 kids. Line went SUPER fast even though everyone is on the same line regardless of what you're there for. The Clerk that called us up was Joshua. The appointment I booked was also for photos, got there at 1.33pm appointment is at 2.. he tells us camera is down and that there is a Walgreens nearby... go take the pics and come back. Went for the photos... came back by 2.10pm and there he was at his window. 2 people ahead of us. We got to the window at 2.11pm!! He was so professional and so kind. I made some mistakes on the applications and he was so patient with us. Gave me extra sheets to fill out, made us copies of our documents and everything. We were done 1 hour later. Thank you so much Joshua!!

I had a terrible experience at this USPS office on 30th Street in Union City, NJ. The office conditions are poor, and they are severely understaffed—only two employees were working, while six cashier desks remained empty. The lines were extremely long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed.
We were there to get our fingerprints done, and after waiting in line for a long time, the employee told us to wait again while assisting other customers. This is completely unacceptable. Just because they don’t have enough personnel doesn’t mean customers should have to wait twice for the same service.
Frustrated, we went to another USPS office in Clifton, where they told us to return at 2 PM—this was at 11 AM. Instead of waiting hours, we decided to try a third location. It took visits to three different USPS offices just to get our fingerprints done.
This level of service is unacceptable. USPS needs to address these staffing issues to provide better service to customers.
