My wife, my daughter and I went today to apply for my daughter’s passport. Hanaa greeted us with a beautiful smile. She asked for the required documents and then took care of my daughter’s application. She was very professional. Thank you Hanaa!!

There is an error on website for walk-in for passport appointment. It says it’s open B/w 8:30am and 9:30am which is inaccurate. The passport office doesn’t open till 10am. The staff is super friendly and empathetic and I had a great experience with finger printing service overall

One of the worst experiences i have ever had in my life. I went in there for fingerprinting for PCC FBI, around 8:30 am as that was the website hours for “Passport walk in” hours. This place is short staffed and the person who was supposed to attend me only took my request at 11:00 am. The place had no chairs and I waited there for almost 3 hours.

This post office is a nightmare. They never attempt to deliver the package, but they enter in their system that they attempted. My home security camera captured NO ONE attempted to deliver! When I walked into the post office to file a complaint, manager refused to come out. Then at night, my package was delivered to WRONG TOWN! I live in Union City and it was delivered to Weehawken!!! Well, I opened up US consumer affairs investigation case about this. So glad This is all in the digital official USPS record. Managers need to be replaced to serve the community better.

U.S Post…should Clean and creat a workable, accessible environment. ( Not just this location! All of your “office”s are dirty!!!!)The Stroller/ handicapped ramp is a mess, stairs and building enterior is filthy.The building is a monumental one, but has all the outwears and negligence on it.Thanks for Clerk 96 kindness and professionalism today I was in and out 5 Minutes. I could not stay longer…I wish they would put a Self-service area in there which could be used after hours by the public! That would bring many customers ( back)!!!

The staff at this location were friendly, kind, efficient, and effective. I went in for fingerprinting and passport photos. It wasn’t super busy but despite a few people in front of me in line I was able to be in and out quickly with both of the tasks that I had to accomplish. Parking wasn’t too terrible with a few parallel spots on adjacent streets around the block available.

Second time at this post office. Went in for fingerprints, the guy is super nice, took less than 30 seconds to complete, pay at the front where they’re also super nice as well and all done in a matter of minutes.

Hours are posted online as 10am-5pm. I presented to the USPS at 9:50am and it was already opened. I waited online to inquire about the fingerprinting process and I was told it opened at 10:30am (not at 10am as also indicated online). I’ve been waiting in line for the past hour and no one has given an update on operating hours nor on whether they’ll even open at all and it is now well past 10:30am and the lights remain off.Update: the Passport Office opened at 11:15am. One hour and fifteen minutes after it was scheduled to open and with a line of 7 people. No excuses provided or apologies offered.

Every single time I come to this awful place they can never locate my packages. How do you get a notice that your package is left here for pick up butno one can ever find them. Absolutely absurd. This place needs investigating and some of the staff is outrageously rude

Customer service only gets worse. Long lines, few workers. Something must be up when there are few people working there despite the government benefits. One star for at least managing to deliver letters.
