This is for the photo department. People depend on your services to come in and get their picture taken for a passport. Either fix your machines, or post on google maps that you are unable to take photos.Oh and it is so last century to ask them to find if the other Walgreens they point you to actually can take your picture. No, google it and call them yourself. Yes, I know, low standards but OMG.

Don’t come to this location you will be treated terrible by their employee Rebecca. I asked Rebecca to simply scan an item for a price check she refused numerous times and another employee ended up coming to assist me.

Inside the pharmacy they have more than 5 people working, the pharmacy is empty with no customers and I lasted 8 minutes standing at the checkout and they saw me and did not attend me; until i had to go. lousy employees!!

I never write bad reviews, I chose to simply let things go. But something has to be said of how unprofessional this manager is. I've been coming to this Walgreens my whole life. Never had any complaints. Yesterday I placed an order for a 24x36 poster that I NEEDED to pick up today as I am going to get it framed for a special event. I got an email yesterday at 8:50 PM stating that the order was ready to pick up. Today I placed an order for 5x7 photo and also got an email that it was ready so I went to go pick them both up. The first Walgreens worker that was helping me was very nice and stated that it was canceled. I showed her my email which she took the time to actually see what I was showing and she also thought it was strange which prompted her to call the manager. Very nice worker, no complaints. Then the "manager" came to "handle" the situation. The reason I'm using "" is because it's disgustingly unbelievable that someone this unprofessional could have the title of a manager. Doesn't even know the whole situation yet and not even at the counter where I was and already saying loudly across the other counter in front of other customers "if it's cancelled she's getting her $$ back" like if it's no big deal. The money was the least of my worries. I was counting on this poster to be ready because it was a necessity, also it's not like I barged in demanding for something that wasn't ready. I got an email CONFIRMING it was ready for pick up. Finally gets to my counter not even looking at the email that I'm trying to show him and I simply ask him who would've canceled it? I was genuinely confused because how is an order that is ready to be picked up go from ready to pick up to cancelled? I was also already charged for this to be made it was a PICTA fee that is needed to proceed with the print. He answers back laughing I wasn't here yesterday I can't just tell you a name" I said I'm not asking for a name, I just don't get why it was cancelled and why I didn't receive an email that it was cancelled. (If I would have known yesterday that they canceled it, no big deal! I would've went else where but I was never notified). He then continues with a grin and says well that's what you are asking me for a name that I'm not going to give you. I told him I'm glad that he finds this funny because it has nothing to do with him. I then asked if I was to reorder, if he thinks it would be ready within 30 minutes and he just says idk could be more 2-3-4 hours. The man obviously did not care to help me. Listen I don't care about the "customer always being right" BS or managers continuously apologizing to customers to make them feel better. I don't need any of that. But laughing at a customer?? Customers should not feel like a joke, the real joke in this situation is this "manager" who will keep losing customers in this location and end up with job. I grabbed my other print, payed for my stuff and left. My family and I will no longer be using this Walgreens as our pharmacy or giving this location any of more of our business.

I went to the store and bought glasses that was supposed to help you see farther, however it didn’t work took them back for refund after I tried them on so I talk to one of the managers and give them them receipt and show them a proof my transaction with them they said that this wasn’t purchased here which was less than an hour after I just bought it so they ended up taking my drivers license and refunded the money to in store credit never going there ever again.

Understaffed, uncaring. Not the staffs fault, but there never really has been much management there to speak of. Only two people in the pharmacy tonight with tons of orders to fill. Told my scrips would be ready at 6:45. They told us another hour, nothing. Called and on hold for 50 minutes. Basically it was 5+ hours to fill my scrips. Disgusting management and I imagine they'll have a hard time keeping good staff with their treatment of both customers and their employees as well.

Very nasty customer service. Manager was very rude to me. I couldn’t believe it. She shouldn’t work with people. She should be in a warehouse alone has no respect for customers. If a higher up would like to reach out to me and speak about the situation I had I will wait for a comment.

Customer service has gone extremely downhill. The pharmacy is alright for the most part. Management sucks; The management team a year or two ago was vastly better. Overall the store experience is lackluster, but I gave it 2 stars since one employee was very helpful!

When you call pharmacy take more tha 10 minutes to answer the phone . Put yo on hold and after 20 minutes hang up the phone poor service???

I used to like this store and would come pretty often. That's changing as the staff is very unfriendly and their fridge doesn't work at times.I came in here to buy ice cream in the one few times the fridge actually worked. I walk over to the register and the girl in the register is on the phone. I'm standing there and it's as if I don't exist. She continues talking on the phone. I ask, "is the register closed?" She continues to talk on the phone. She finally gets off the phone and gives me a cold stare as if I interrupted her. This wasn't the first time I experienced poor customer service but it will be the last time.

The Pharmacy Dept. IS THE BEST of any other I have EVER used. The pharmacist June, is thorough and explains everything they should regarding your insurance, medication warnings and getting you the medicine that you are prescribed. The staff in the store is also EXCELLENT and extremely helpful. (Unfortunately sometimes I can’t park in the parking lot to pick up my meds or shop due to non customers parking there for hours.They should be towed as customers can’t park especially on mondays).
