Not the greatest bank

Needed to stop by a branch to inquire about financial business. Never had or have any business with them. Upon arrival greeted with good customer service directing me where to go. However, once I saw a customer service representative , she was not as helpful. What did it for me was "I was not suppose to help you with this but.." As if she was doing me a favor. I think the closing time has something to do with it. So now I have to take extra steps on something that could have been resolved.

High crime area. Filthy lobby. One cashier. Slow service. Long lines. Incompetent manager. Pathetic.

I was so happy with the attention I received that I had to post. I went to withdraw some money because I needed small denominations. The teller was super friendly and helpful. I know it's just a bank but these days courtesy is not common and it was nice to see some people still care about customer service

I have been to this branch for opening an account, they told me that i have to wait 45 mins to an hour. They said only one person have ability to open an account and he is busy. Guys if you don't get new customers you won't get money.

This branch is terrible! Last week I went in there as soon as they opened and there was no customer waiting. I needed to close an account. There was a young man sitting at the front desk drinking his coffee and another young lady standing around doing nothing. I asked the young man if he could help me but he refused and said I had to make an appointment. What kind of customer service is this when there was nobody waiting. Either one of those employees could have assisted me. Wells Fargo I guess you can afford to employ people to sit around doing nothing! I don't recommend this bank to anyone. It is not the first time I've experience this issue with employees who are not proactive. I have all my accounts at another bank.

Grateful for the immediate service I received (with a smile, no less!). Had a tricky, time-sensitive matter to address and I was taken care of in a flash. Nicest, most efficient branch I have visited. Thank you, Union City branch!
