A special thank you to Joyce for helping me choose the perfect breed, Christie for making the adoption process smooth and easy, and Charlie for helping me pick out all of the puppy essentials. Each of them was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. Thank you all for making bringing home my miniature poodle such a wonderful experience. 2526 US-22, UnionOwner seems passionate! High quality selection for pets. I previously used a dry dog food for 7 years that was #1 rated by vets and even sold by my vet! I thought my dog was a rediculous shedder. Vacuumed daily.. My vet confirmed "some dogs do shed like that." This store owner had much to say about the "#1 vet recommended pet food" and explained I was starving my dog of essential vitamins. Now I have had dry dog food FROM food for 5 months and he loves it. His coat is nowy dog has a soft coat and sheds like a normal dog. Stores like these are great because they educate themselves on the products and sell what is proven to be good.

It wasn’t anything serious, but it did worry me /: then I decided to come back and book with Tanae B, and I’m so glad I did! Aura smelled so good, her nails were perfect, and her ears were SO clean! She understood exactly what I wanted + What impressed me the most was that when I picked Aura up, Tanae was gently petting her and staying with her until I arrived. That small gesture gave me so much confidence that Aura was treated with kindness and care. I’ll definitely be requesting Tanae again and highly recommend her!❤❤

As owners of an anxious dog, with the added concerned about finding a groomer under a short notice, our worries began to dissolve after the first phone call with owner, Michelle. I called Michelle on a Saturday for an appointment on a Sunday, the next day. For prospective: Happy Puppies was one of a only a few groomers in the area open on a Sunday and was only one of two groomers with open availability on this Sunday. She met my concerns with warmth, positivity and ease. From the moment we walked in to drop off our golden doodle, we were met by the same warmth and positivity by Kyle, the groomer. We learned that Kyle has 30 years of experience and it shows. He was SO good with our dog! We are so grateful for such a refreshing experience and strongly recommend Happy Puppies to anyone, especially those anxious owners who have been made even more anxious by their pets experience with other groomers. Thank You for renewing our faith in the experience!

516 Chestnut St, UnionPawllywood Grooming has been consistently amazing with my dogs. Every time I bring them in, I know they’re going to be well taken care of and come back looking fantastic. The groomers clearly pay attention to detail and always do an excellent job, whether it’s a simple bath or a full grooming.
What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward both the pets and their owners. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in how comfortable and happy my dogs are when they leave.
I highly recommend Pawllywood Grooming to anyone looking for a reliable place that treats your pets like family.

-Vet technician Makayla(hope I spelled her name right :) was very cool and accommodating.
- Dr. Tedesco has a cheerful disposition in engaging us specially our fur baby and she immediately put us all at ease as she performs her physical test with our pup.
- Before going to the next steps after the diagnosis, Makayla showed us the cost for each of the care important to take note of including the cost. We had a fairly good idea of how much to pay unlike in our current provider, everything is at the end and the only choice is to pay! The price range for the ear infection consult including lab work and ear drop medication is between $140-$160. Because there is a limited promo for a free exam during the initial visit, it would have been over $200.
The place was clean, cute and cozy. Treats were of different sorts and lastly, we were out in as little as 30 minutes. Parking is convenient as well. They also offer annual membership for discounts and animal events.
We like them. 🙂🐶

946 Stuyvesant Ave. Unit 2, UnionAyala Coffee in Union is an absolute gem! The drinks are excellent, and you can tell they put real care and attention into every detail. We tried the iced ube drink and an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and both were perfectly made and incredibly flavorful.
The real surprise was the Spamganisa breakfast sandwich it easily earned a spot among the top five best sandwiches we’ve ever had. The combination of flavors was outstanding, and it’s something we’ll absolutely return for. Between the thoughtfully crafted drinks and unforgettable food, Ayala Coffee is a must-visit!

406 Chestnut St, UnionIf you haven’t been to Mr. Sub of Union yet, you’re seriously missing out! The food quality is outstanding, and the subs are absolutely ginormous. There’s more meat than bread, and they definitely don’t skimp on the ingredients.
As an Italian, I can honestly say the bread is top-notch… fresh, delicious, and exactly what a great sub should be made on. The prices are also fantastic, especially for the amount and quality of food you get.
The previous owner couldn’t have chosen better people to carry on the legacy. The new owners Lindsay & Joe have done an incredible job stepping into his shoes, providing the same outstanding service to longtime customers while making new customers feel just as welcome.
From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. Between the exceptional customer service, amazing food, generous portions, and unbeatable value, I give this place a 10/10.
