1932 E St Georges Ave, LindenI love Jersey diners. They are always pushing the envelope. I had to come over from Staten Island, and so I checked their online menu. I liked what I saw, so I had breakfast here. It was a large menu, including a very diverse selection of pancakes, as is their name. Just a nice diner vibe, and everybody was friendly and helpful. I decided to go for the loaded baked potato omelette. I had had a mashed potato omelette at another jersey diner, which I liked, so I decided to try this one. The omelette was fantastic. It had potatoes, bacon, cheese, and sour cream. Just like you'd find an a loaded baked potato. The eggs were tender, as were the potatoes, and all of the fillings played very well with each other. It was an absolute fantastic breakfast. As if I didn't need enough potatoes, it also came with home fries on the side, which were also tender and delicious. The coffee was very good, and they kept my cup full. The prices are reasonable, although there is a small up charge if you pay with plastic, instead of cash. They also offer a military/veteran discount. I would love to come back. Thank you.

I told her that as a vegan I miss my favorite Peruvian dish because no one makes it vegan and this woman literally went to the back and made me VEGAN Papas a la Huancaina on the spot from scratch!! The nostalgia tool me back almost a decade to before I became vegan and my taste buds were over the moon!! Her flavor card did not disappoint whatsoever! The photo doesn't do it justice but it was Phenomenal!! I can't believe that she did this for me on demand and from the heart! She truly cooks with love and every dish is cooked upon ordering so she doesn't stock pile food all day waiting on orders. Your food is made fresh every time. I also had the avocado burrito which she happily added vegan chicken to and that was amazing as well! The vegan dubai chocolate latte was out of this world and the selection of vegan pastries and cakes were to die for! I Highly Recommend!! FYI: They also have non-vegan food so make sure you specify accordingly so there's no confusion... Especially if ordering from UberEats or GrubHub etc. as I noticed that those menus are a bit confusing. Give them a call to ensure that you're order went through as vegan just to be on the safe side.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers
810 W Edgar Rd, LindenFreddy's is a bit on the pricier side of fast food, right? I havent really kept up with the burger chains and prices. Either way for the price I spent on their food when I use the drive thru, I cant argue it tastes pretty good when I get it. The art of the chicken sandwich matters a bit more to me than a burger, especially when its those smash burger types. Not a smash burger fan so the chicken sandwiches make me happy compared to the competition. And they got great milkshakes for that sweet tooth craving and well its a quality frozen dessert compared to other places and you gotta have a quality dessert in the hot months.
Another bonus was that the inside is a classic diner setup that one time I went in to eat, so Freddy's is cool in my book.
