So apparently my two free oil changes that I was promised when I bought my 2022 Honda Civic Certified Pre-Owned in October 2024 actually came with a secret fine print nobody bothered to tell me about. I already used one, and when I called for the second they suddenly told me, oh sorry, you’re over 12,000 miles so you don’t qualify anymore. Funny how this mileage rule was never once mentioned when I bought the car, and it’s nowhere in writing.
Like, it’s an oil change. Not a free vacation to Hawaii. But it’s always something with this dealership — they’ll say one thing to get you in the door and then pull the rug out later. I don’t even care about the free oil change at this point, it’s the principle. Don’t advertise or promise perks if you’re just going to invent excuses not to honor them.

Brought my car in to get my brakes done by certified Honda technicians so I wouldn’t have an issue and like Oem parts to be used on our vehicles. Was charged over $1800.00 for rotors, pads and a fluid flush. With in 500 miles heard the rear brakes making noise while I was on our way out of state on a 600 mile trip. Once we got to our destination we brought our car to a certified Honda dealer in the area that we were in. After doing a quick inspection they found that the both bolts that hole the caliper on were missing and the other side was was only hand tight. Contacted their service department and was told that i needed to bring my vehicle back to them so they can assess the issue (Remember that I’m 600 miles from them and our vehicle is not safe to drive). This negligence on their part and could’ve turned out with very serious consequences Will now have to see them in small claims court strongly recommend you do not use them for service by thy way the certified Honda dealership that I brought my car to while I was on vacation to correct this issue would of done the same brake replacement for $1300.00

Updated Review: A Turnaround Experience
My initial experience with the service department at this Honda dealership wasn’t the best. Communication was lacking, and I felt like I wasn’t being treated with the level of professionalism I expected. However, things took a positive turn after I left my review.
I was contacted directly by the service advisor Anthony J who apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that the part for my vehicle had arrived. He arranged for valet service to pick up my car from my home, bring it to the service department, and then return it once the work was completed—all at no additional hassle to me.
I appreciate the effort that was made to make things right. While my first impression was not great, I can say that the follow-up was handled with care and professionalism. It showed a willingness to take feedback seriously and improve customer experience, which I respect.
Thank you for addressing the issue and turning the situation around.

I had some up and down with the service department in the past to the point I was ready to give up on Honda until I meet Alejandra Piedrasanta. She is the reason I stayed with Honda to be honest, I never had an issue again with the service department. She cares about your car and the service that is being provide. Honda on rt22 need to give her more Recognition. This is my 3rd car with Honda and I will continue to do business with them along as Alex is there .

Always treat you like family 🙏but this service department wouldn’t be anything without Alejandra Piedrasanta 🥹She would help you with everything you need and even more 🙏I wouldn’t want anyone else to help but her. She gives 110% of herself to help you and have you leaving with a smile 😊 she deserves a raise or even better be department manager

I made an appointment for service for my Honda Pilot last week and they booked me for yesterday Monday 6/16 @ 10:15 am. My husband who drove the vehicle arrived there @ 9:45 am. I even spoke to Mia, the service department assigned that I only need diagnostic test since so many signs appeared at the dash board. Then my husband called me at home 12:40 pm stating that the mechanics has not started working on the vehicle and said that it will take another hour. What the heck?! We only need diagnostic test and what’s the point of scheduling but let you wait for hours. My husband left very disappointed and so do I.

Ally from service is great. I had an issue with my car and she did everything she could to get it resolved. Even after hitting many road blocks, she did not take no for an answer, and was able to help fix my car’s issue. She was also very kind and professional throughout the entire process. Exactly what you want from a customer perspective.
