“First time at this location and it was fully stocked, clean the 2 staff working were helpful but the store needs more staff it was alot of customers and nobody could find a worker to help them. I shopped in this store around 4pm. Plenty of parking due to the parking lot. Over all it’s 4 stars.”

“Great experience, very kind and helpful staff that seem happy and get along well with each other and costumers alike. I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”
“WOW ? First time in the store and I was totally impressed to see so many great things. Especially for the kitchen. It's a pretty big store, I didn't get to walk through it all. But the vibes were pleasant, very important to me when I shop.”

“Hi I just wanted to take a second and say that you guys are sitting on an amazing employee. I didn’t catch their name but I heard a worker say it was rara ? Amazing customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was on a mission to get forky for my sons birthday and this associate helped me check the entire store every aisle . Up and down. At some point we lost each other but when they found forky they found me and brought him to me and showed me where they were for future reference. Thank you for helping my sons birthday magical.”
“This review is for Alessa who was helping me at the register today. She was great and friendly and helpful. I felt the need to leave this review as I accidently pressed an option that reviewed her on the card pad which I believe is not fair when many people either may not see (I didn't have my glasses on) or not paying mind to what is being pressed. I accidentally pressed the option saying she was not friendly and I want on record she is VERY friendly and most helpful. Thank you again Alessa for your help today ?”
