The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . I told Mercedes dealer exactly the service that was needed. Thank you Dave for your honesty and integrity!!”

Got there yesterday (Saturday) around 2:30pm and didn’t have to wait too long for getting the car inspected.

It needed a new driver seat and a new center console cover, which I went out and purchased a used seat and console cover from a salvage yard. “I went to this auto shop when I was having the worst experience with my car because of misdiagnosis and bad service from another mechanic (Broadway Auto Repair). I needed an electrical mechanic to look at my Jeep and figure out what was wrong. I found Perez Auto Center online and the owner Ben diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and found the cause, fixed it and even offered to talk to the mechanic shop that had misdiagnosed my problem to help me get money back from them. He even went as far as writing a short letter for my bank explaining what he found with my car because I was forced to file a bank dispute against the other mechanic to try and get my money back.”
