“I must PRAISE this particular ACME for their professionalism, kindness, service and compassion. Back in January, I lost my phone which contained some very important pictures. I was incredibly upset searching all over the place for it and it ended up being found outside in a cart. Mind you, it was a miracle that my phone was not stolen. Thanks to Deayon/Dyonne...my hero!! Thank you to Charlene for her kindness, patience and sense of urgency. She took my # and kept me posted all night long. Even on her time off, she let me know that they were looking. I want to point out that outside of this incident, I always noticed Charlene at the customer service desk. She has a positive tone about her voice & is always being friendly to those around her. Andew & James were also most helpful. I do hope I captured all names. By the way, let's not forget that this store should get some kind of props for keeping it clean & keeping it safe!! Thanks to everyone!!!”
“It is a family atmosphere at la autentica! Jose and Staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Fresh, home-style cooking with generous portions. Go see for yourself@”
“What a charming market! Everyone was very nice and helpful when we asked questions about ingredients we needed for cooking. The jar of marinara sauce (made locally in NJ) was super yummy with our homemade pizza pie. Also there are lots of cute cooking accessories to look around, as well as healthy snack options. Bonus point our toddler loved playing in the little cozy nook while we were shopping :) Highly recommend!”
“A small shop with a huge variety of products from many different cultures and countries. Staff was polite and friendly, and the store is owned and run by a woman from Lithuania. From deli meats and cheese to frozen desserts and cakes to grains and condensed soups and pickled vegetables and drinks and chocolates, teas and snacks, I was super impressed by the selection. I spent a long time shopping (you may need to translate most labels using your phone) and I didn't feel pressured or watched, and the entire experience was comfortable and positive. When checking out, the cashier (owner?) threw in a free bar of halva, which is a really delicious, powdery sweet. I also got Ukrainian rye chips (delicious) and some kvass (also delicious). Will definitely be returning. There are also price mark-downs and deals, as well as a rewards/points system.”
“Excellent store with a huge selection and great customer service!
Dover Market & Tobacco is one of the best convenience stores in Atlantic City. They always have a great selection of snacks, drinks, groceries, and Hispanic products, and the store is clean, organized, and easy to shop in.
Their vape and tobacco selection is especially impressive, with plenty of options and flavors to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful when answering questions and helping customers find what they’re looking for.
The employees are always friendly and make every visit a positive experience. The late hours are very convenient, and it’s a great place to stop for everyday essentials.
I highly recommend Dover Market & Tobacco for its excellent service, wide selection of products, and convenient location. Definitely a 5-star store!”
“Still a great place for homestyle cooking and a top-notch deli. Just had a Corned Beef Special on Rye and it was delicious. Washed it down with a Root Beer and enjoyed a whole deli pickle on the side. Reasonable prices and fast service. Highly recommended.”
“Super clean store, packed with spices and unique international items you don’t usually find in regular grocery stores. A lot of the products focus on traditional Indian diets and ingredients. Everything is well organized and the staff was helpful. I’ll definitely be back.”

“I was at Target and was going to go over to ShopRite but ShopRite has not been knocking out of the park lately, but we'll leave that for ShopRite's review.
I decided to go to acme in the same shopping center as Target. I need a couple things that Target didn't have, so in I go. Acme is always extremely clean; well organized. I always ask myself why I don't shop here more...... For me it's convenience ShopRite is easier to get to. I usually go to Aldi now but will have acme as my number two instead of shop right now.
Anyway they had just freshly steamed shrimp which I attached a video to this, delicious absolutely delicious. The prices were reasonable, very clean, well stocked, the only thing I could say a tiny bit negative is that the cashier didn't smile that much but she probably had a long day and it is a tough job. I definitely recommend acme.”
“This is our favorite, favorite place to come and get takeout when we vacation in Ocean City. We were dreaming of your sandwiches for over a year and ordered dinner tonight as soon as we came into town.
Our food was worth the wait—fried chicken sandwiches, the Big Z and Blitz Blatt (wrapped in lettuce) with a cute little Shrivers surprise! Thank you for being so awesome and for being one of our kids favorite Ocean City past times! ❤️”
“The staff needs to be more helpful and friendly not all but a lot of the staff is not very aprochable they seem angry when asked a question about where something is I have asked a few and some are happy to help where as the older women dont want to be bothered by me asking the men help me no problem at all”
“Late in the day and with a snow warning... several items were all sold out... which is good thing. Staff courteous and attentive. Good though brief shopping experience.”
“Food is great here. You just have to make sure our items are an expired, which it's happening all across every atlantic city supermarket. You go to.. Service is great employees are friendly...”
“This used to be our go to spot when living in the area. Was back in town and had to stop by. Love everything here, but specifically the chicharon gorditas and beef empanadas!”
“Good place. It's basically a mini grocery store. Definitely not nearly as big as a shoprite or stop and shop but there's also a reasonable selection. v2y”

“I really have shopped at Mazzeo's my whole life. They have the freshest fruit, excellent salads, grab and go meals, baked goods, thoughtfully curated groceries... Stop for some fresh cut watermelon on your way to the beach or on your way home from work to grab a home cooked dinner. The Mazzeo's fruit tray is a favorite at my mom's christmas eve party and of course I knew exactly where to get the caviar when I said I do to my best friend. That same fruit tray is a comfort at the repass when we lose a family member and I will always send the impossibly well priced and ridiculously enormous "small fruit basket" when a friend loses a loved one. With shipping available on their website I can send love anywhere it's needed.”
“I came here for some last minute party needs; Juice, tea, sugar, and surprisingly a speaker. They didn’t carry any but the cashier literally sold me his personal one so 5 STARS for saving the party”
“So much nicer now that they've invested in expanding. Excellent selection for vegan and vegetarians. Produce is VERY overpriced.
good for last minute packaged goods”
“I am consistently blown away by the products that I buy here, Many of which I can’t find anywhere else such as Yuzu or lemongrass or boxes of soft tofu and being a person that leans towards vegetarianism those are my flavors because it makes it Way more interesting. I think that people saying that it’s Not well kept up with are just not used to the smells and the Live fish and everything else. Also the pho Restaurant next-door is incredibly good. If you can’t find any Asian ingredients for food or even bowls and chopsticks and gifts and kaffir lime , and proteins, this place is awesome!”
“This is a much nicer Shoprite than the one at home. They carry a greater variety than most stores and the workers were very helpful and courteous. The store is very clean and handicap accessible.”

“Nice little place. We were here on vacation and able to pick up some basics like breakfast foods and ice and such. Reasonable prices and very tidy. Very hard to hear each other or the cashier speak though because the music was so loud!”
“Lots And Lots Of Items Are Displayed... Employees Are Exceptionally Cordial, And This Store Caters To Many Many Many Many Different Cultured People, And Individual's Palates... Just Luuuuving Their Various Items... Everyone Should Check This Exceptional Store... ????????????♂️??♂️??”
“Very nice general store, they have a wide variety of snacks and drinks. I got Skittles gummy candies for only approximately $3 which is a very good deal. However, I will say this: the soap in the restroom wasn't that great. It was way too runny. And they should be using hand dryers, not paper towels. Also, to those of you out there leaving bad reviews about the employees saying that they hate their jobs, it's not their fault that they hate their jobs. As the saying goes, you take what you can get.”
“I ordered. Over the phone and they were very courteous did everything that they could to get my order as good as possible...I will always be grateful to them......”
“I personally know the owner of Ceader food markets and they pride themselves on operating a nice neet & clean establishment and their prices are in fact affordable.”
“Nice place for shopping
I visited this store several times with my wife & daughter when we visited Atlantic City
I hope I will visit it again & again shortly
Great Store & Staff
Deserves Five Stars”
“Once I wrote a poor review of Shoprite at Galloway. My review has changed dramatically since then. In the past, never bought fish from Shoprite because of the smell of bleach (which in my mind was to cover the smell of bad fish. It has been over two years (I believe) since I wrote that review. Because I wrote that review, I thought I would be remiss if I didn't write this new one about the changes I've noticed (for sometime time now). The smell of bleach is gone, and I only smell the regular smell of fish by the seafood section. Personnel is always professional, friendly and accommodating (as it has always been). My recommendation for shopping at Shoprite at Galloway comes with a five star rating!”
“A convenient I always stop by to pick up a few items needed on my way home. The worker is very nice. One day I left my credit card case behind & he ran out to my car as I was driving away.”
“For a quick bite to eat this was definitely good if you didn’t want to spend a lot of money. They took my food fresh right there in front of me, and the cook was very pleasant.”
“An above average corner Bodega. They have more groceries than Wawa but aren't near as clean. Selection of smoking paraphernalia and they have lottery. Street parking only. They do have some Spanish food products like Goya and some frozen foods too. It's a good store if you forgot something for dinner or are in a pinch and don't feel like going all the way to ACME.”
