“This is our first stay at The Surrey Beach Hotel. We had a wonderful stay. It was much better than the other BNB’s that we stayed at previously. We are looking forward to staying at The Surrey Beach Hotel in the future. The price was right for us.”

“I just returned from a two night stay at the Port O Call.My deluxe ocean front room was on the 7th floor and was a perfect view of the ocean! The room was clean and the service at the front desk and restaurant was great. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you like something a bit farther away from things.”

“Sensational restaurant. Food is impeccable. Only problem is it's insanely expensive for how small all the dishes are, they are as small as any restaurant I have ever been to. Not crayz about that but otherwise, food and service were top notch.”

“Truly a wonderful stay. I recently spent a few nights here in Oct and coming here off-season is seriously the best thing ever. Such a beautiful inn, very nice rooms, warm & charming host, great breakfast, and you just feel relaxed & good being here. Also great location walkable to the boardwalk and to all the shops on Asbury.Rooms: The rooms are new and modern, meticulously clean ~ but all done in a warm style. Bathrooms are awesome.Walkability: You're in the best part of Ocean City ~ walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. But also so close to all the food spots and shops on Asbury. In fact, you got a bike rental shop and ice cream like a block away too. Seriously the best location.”

“I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction for my experience at your facility in Atlantic City. On June 11th, 2019 me and my partner Timothy Matthews decided to visit this casino because we were given a great suggestion that the buffet has great food. When we initially arrived in the parking lot a woman asked if we had reservations or players cards, my partner said no that we were members somewhere else and she explained to us that if we were to sign up for a players card at the Hard Rock that our parking would be comped which sounded great. We entered the hotel going straight to member services with our parking receipt to sign up the Hard Rock program. While in line we seen the marketing that the Hard Rock has a tier match program which a lot of the casinos do as well. While standing in the extremely long line we signed up with an Asian gentleman and he proceeded to tell us that he had to make copies of our identification cards and players cards from the Ceasar Rewards which were Diamond Status. I asked him why he needed to make copies when he was typing in our information, he explained that it was procedure. Every place of business is different, so I didn’t think to question it a second time now. Before we left the counter, the Asian gentleman explained that we were now signed up with Rock Royalty cards and began to explain all the perks of the program. In addition to the perks, he let me know that $10 dollars I spent on parking would be added to the card immediately and that $100 dollars free play would be added within the hour. We left the line and went to the machine to check to see if my $10 dollars was on there and it wasn’t, but the free buffet was already loaded which was told to us would be added later. We decided to use the buffet and check back regarding the other offers when we were done with our meal. When I went up to the window, I explained to the gentleman that my credit for parking was not on my card and neither was the free play that was promised either. The man explained that he had to go get his manager to fix the problem. A lady came out (SARAI or SARAH) and asked what our problem was I told her, and she said she would take care of it. The supervisor was gone for at least 30 minutes before I became restless, all this for a parking Comp. I then seen the lady running back and forth not saying anything to us, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Then a short gentleman with a name tag that read “JEROME” asked if the Id’s he ours had were we replied yes; he then said your player cards are fake. I immediately was upset because I knew this was not true. Jerome very rudely said that he had called the Caesar’s security to verify that our cards were fake. He then told us that we would have to have someone call them to verify our accounts which didn’t make sense because Jerome just said that he verified with Caesar’s security. Shortly after two cops walk up and explain to us that the Hard Rock is asking that we be escorted off the property. At this point I am beyond livid because when we asked who they verified our accounts with, management (Jerome and Sarai) kept saying they verified with Caesars security. My question was then how anyone could have verified anything with “security” and not the actual representatives with Caesars rewards. My partner than pulled up his Caesar Rewards app on his phone and the managers then said that was not enough. When I called the Caesar Rewards number, they asked to speak to someone, and Jerome then said we don’t have a direct number. He just kept repeating that he wanted us to leave the property because me and my partner were “frauds” and printed our own Caesar reward cards. We were also told that there was an open investigation against Caesars from the Hard Rock brand. Not one manager on duty conducted themselves in a professional manner, NOT ONE!!!!!!! The police then stated that because they had to listen to the managers that we had to leave until the investigation was over, and if we were seen on the property that we would be trespassing and locked up!!! This did no”

“This was our first year at the Beach Club and it was fantastic. Obviously, the location cannot be beat. The staff was outstanding. One of our ac units stopped working and a brand new one was installed in less than 30 minutes. Very clean. Pool was great. We were in the penthouse and will be returning next year. The panoramic view up there is amazing. I highly recommend The Beach Club Hotel.Rooms: The penthouse is absolutely gorgeous. They did a fantastic renovation before the 2023 season.”

“We really enjoyed our time at Zenneth Manor. We stayed in the Loft and found the space to be very nice for us for 4 days. The beds were very comfy, loved the shower head, AC was perfect and the kitchen was nicely supplied. It is one block to the beach and boardwalk and close to several good restaurants. Hillary was very welcoming and accommodating. We hope to return next year!”

“I needed a ‘me’ alone weekend! No husband, no kids and even no friends- solo trip to do what I wanted, when I wanted, and where I wanted! This hotel was approx. a 25-30 minute drive to OC so I did the beach /boardwalk there and then checked into the hotel. Gentlemen at the front entrance was very welcoming as were the front desk staff. Room was clean, very nice size & had a microwave, coffeemaker, small fridge, dishwasher, stovetop and utensils, plates etc (not that I was planning on cooking!). The rooftop pool was neat but definitely nothing special so I didn’t use that. It is approx. 2 blocks to get to the beach- hotel provides beach tags for a $25 deposit to ensure you return them. There is a great little restaurant (Yanni’s) about 1.5 blocks away that I grabbed a breakfast sandwich at. I used the complimentary shuttle service to head over to AC so I had a ton of restaurant options to choose from. On the day of checkout I was able to leave my car in the parking garage which was awesome too. I would definitely recommend this hotel & stay here again if heading back to Brigantine.”

“It was a fantastic day and a fantastic week last week. Company Christmas Party was held here and the afternoon was so incredibly sunny and way above average temperatures that we should have made a tee time. Playing either of the 2 courses here are " World Class" so if you haven't had an opportunity to play Seaview, make it a point to do so. It's truly a destination you won't regret. Great staff all around as well. Golfing side and hotel side... Enjoy and FORE!”

“Arguably the best hotel in AC. Its grandeur and decor is reminiscent of a Las Vegas casino like the Wynn. Borgata is a destination. You can catch a great show, eat at one of a dozen or more restaurants, gamble, go to a great gym or watch a game on their big screens. I love the fact that there isn't cigarette smoke anywhere, just the scent of vanilla filled corridors. The room was beyond comfortable, clean and quiet. So, why not five stars? Customer service is sub part, at best, horrible at worst. I was on a call and my cell was dying. Unfortunately, I forgot my USB charger. Calling the front desk I asked for someone to buy one and I'd gladly reimburse them, or to let me borrow one before my phone died. I explained I needed it for an hour.I was on hold for over 15 minutes, twice. Got replies the hotel could "not incur the liability", then was told to speak to the manager, which again I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and the manager never came on. The punchline is my phone died. I left the meeting and went to a gift store to buy a single USB. They customer service sucked. Plain and simple. If it was only as good as the hotel is beautiful.”

“Very nice accommodations but the price for 4 nights in late September has jumped from $645 to over 1 thousand dollars in just 2 years and that's with the one free night. We've enjoyed our stays but the price point is now too high to continue going here.”

“Location, location, location. What a great spot! Located right in the heart of the boardwalk. Walkable to dozens of restaurants. The staff is super friendly, rooms are very clean, and there's always something to do. You can't get bored here! It is pricey, however, such is the case with the location. Definitely worth paying what we paid for this hotel. It has a lot of history and they certainly make use of the space provided for as old as the building is. We booked last minute and took a shot. It didn't disappoint. I loved the parking situation. We were able to park in the lot that borders the hotel. From here, we could quickly grab our sand toys for the kids, chairs for us, and odds and ends and head up to the beach. I noticed a sign about future luxury condos going there?????? I'm not sure how that would have an affect on parking or where we would park. I'll be curious in finding out. I love how it is now. I'll be disappointed if that convenience of parking changes. The only other negative, is a lack of balconies. Only a few rooms have them. It would be nice while at the beach. Over all, excellent experience!”

“We loved our stay! Perfect for a beach getaway. The room was extremely clean and had ample space for my family of four. The location was ideal, short walk to beach and boardwalk and plenty of places to eat close by. My favorite part, rooftop pool!!! We will definitely be staying there againJen C”

“I have spent more time in this casino than I did on my college bachelor's degree, did I mention I completed a summer session before college classes started for the incoming freshmen class and also a summer session after my four years to complete some elective courses or some such? Now on to the review. The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa along with Harrah's Casino are the two properties closest to the marina and compared to many of the older, dated casinos, that are located among the strip, are very good choices to stay in. You have the Brigantine Beach within a five-minute drive, or you can take a shuttle that will pick you up on the front steps of Borgata or Harrah's and take you to any of the Atlantic City casinos on the strip if you really want to experience more casinos and what they have to offer unique to their property. If you are entertaining staying here over the summer, I would highly recommend that you stay at the separate Borgata tower called, The Water Club. It is a little bit pricier however the water club has a separate indoor and outdoor pool that is reserved only for the guests staying at the water club and it is absolutely amazing. I could write a much lengthier review however I am going to cut it short and just urge you to not dine at some of the restaurants that are located in this property. I will not name drop them here but feel free to look up the restaurants that reside in the property here on Yelp so you can make an informed decision. As always people SYOY!!!!”

“Convenient location near the Boardwalk with free parking. First time I have ever stayed on the ground floor at a hotel. IYKYK why it's not a preference for most people. My short stay was a delight. “Good experience overall. However, bathroom mat was either dirty or stained. Toilet also didn’t flush properly. I needed to flush 2-3 times before the toilet paper went down. I stayed on the 4th floor and had a nice quiet experience.Food & drinks: Denny’s right next door, Wawa across the highway.”

“Small, historic rooms! Definitely dated. Great location and with an acai place right outside the door. Parking is limited and will cost $20 per day, or i think they offer 3-day weekend package aswell.”

“Pool does not have a changing room except a small bathroom. Also the main entrance is being renovated/fixed. So it looks a bit beaten but let's hope it's not a long project.Nearby activities: There are arcades right outside the hotel on boardwalk. If you are with kids, two doors down at Showboat casino there is a water park and everything else a kid in all of us could want. Race cars, gaming, indoor mini golf. During summer 4th largest ferries wheel ? is right outside Resorts. Starbucks is near by. Overall great location”

“We stayed at the centurion tower and the rooms are very spacious and the bathroom too. I love the fact that the floor is hardwood and no carpet. Very clean, the staff and cleaning team are wonderful and helpful. I will highly recommend this place to stay. The only thing is that the fitness center has weird hours and is closed most of the time.Food & drinks: As every casino food and drinks are overpriced. Not healthy selection of food or variety in diet preferences. I had a hard time feeding myself appropriately. Too much fry fast food.”
