“We found LUKES after recently moving to Verona, fortunately. They are a great family owned business, the kind I wish there were more of. They are fair, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.”

“Low prices and guarantied work! In business for more than 50 years right here in Verona. Very friendly and don't do short cuts. Mountain Auto gets the job done. Yes, I will recommend them to others and as a trusted autobody shop.”

“Harry Jones was amazing from the moment we walked in until the moment he handed me keys to drive away. He was really upfront about everything- not the typical car salesman cheesy pitch. We went in for lease-end-options and he made it possible to walk out with a great deal for an amazing car after test driving three cars. Not to mention he had transferred all of the items from my old car into the new one by the time we were done with the financial advisor. Truly a white-glove service experience. Employees like him truly make the customer buying experience worth the process when car shopping. A big thank you to Harry and Vipin for staying after hours to help us out!”

“I recently had 4 tires replaced at the Verona Mavis and was told during that appointment that my Jeep 's entire suspension needed replacement (for $1700, which was so kindly brought down from the usual $2600! *Eye roll*). I immediately called Alberona because I used to bring my car there all the time before moving out of Verona for a few years and asked for advice. Tom reassured me this was a common call he received after a customer did work with Mavis and that he'd gladly take a look at my car. Sure enough, after a thorough inspection and test drive, he confirmed that my car was not in need of a new suspension. He explained when a car possibly would be at a point of needing such work, which was helpful since I'm clueless about cars, and offered to keep an eye on it when I bring in my car in the future routine maintenance, such as an oil change. I was already relieved by the news that I didn't need a new suspension, but then I was even more satisfied by Tom's customer service when he told me there would be no charge for my car that day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the level of service and kindness I received at Alberona today and 1000% percent recommend this business! I will only be coming back here!”

“I went to Mavis this morning with an issue with my tires and sensors. All of the guys there were great. They were very helpful and courteous. Both Jeremiah and Chris worked on my car but others were involved. They understood how important it was to make sure I had no other issues since I had a long drive home back to Ithaca NY.”

“If there was an option of 4.5 stars, that’s what I would have given for my recent service visit. The process ran smoother than ever. The young man handling my case was also super helpful. Everyone usually is here.”

“By far the best experience I’ve had getting work/service done to my car. STG is professional and extremely knowledgeable about anything car related. Whether it’s routine maintenance or performance upgrades I will always go to STG.”

“OMG! There is a reason these guys have been in business for 45 years. Honesty. Took my 23 year old Porsche with a scary check engine light on and a “klunk” sound when accelerating. He checked it out and said it’s only a minor filter cleaning issue for the CEL. And it turns out I need a new transmission mount. And the best part is him telling me that it requires a specialized tool to remove it that he doesn’t have. He said he could do it… but would rather seen it done with the specialized tool. That’s honesty! I’m sure it’s rare for him to say that as there are always great cars there. The kicker was “what do I owe you?” “Nah nothing”. These guys are my new mechanics, thank you!!!!”

“Tony was great. Super helpful and accommodating. The wait was 3+ hrs this time, but I guess you can’t control everything! Will go again for my PM and any other issues.”

“Ran over something that stuck in my tire causing an air leak. Stopped by several chains and was told to wait several hours or make an appointment, which was no guarantee my car would be worked on at that time! Stopped by Claridge Sunoco and Elyse was doing double duty manning the desk and pumping gas! She asked, I'm guessing Tim, if he could repair my tire. He stopped working on the car in the bay and immediately tended to my car! While I didn't time it, I was probably there 30 minutes from pulling in to driving away! Both Elyce and Tim were pleasant and if I didn't live so far away I would consider them for repair work! If you've got a flat, check out the local gas station for repair, don't bother with the big chains, and if near Verona, visit Claridge Sunoco!”

“Update: got in touch with the manager nitin, he was able to help and knew how to resolve the situation - for that I'm truly grateful. Drove over a loaner car for us as they sorted it out. It took about two months but we were able to get our plates. Tip to other yelpers: skip the headache of talking to your sales rep that doesn't know anything and go straight to the manager. I think internally they should have escalated this to the manager before me having to write the review but seems like a process they should work out internally and properly train their staff.”
