Customer Service from start to finish was 20/10. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, super knowledgable, and they treat your car as if it was theres. What more can you ask for?
The team walks you through everything that they will do and provide you updates along the way. They are honest with the turn around time as well which I thought was so helpful! I work remote and they gave me an area to be able to work while the worked on my car.

I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”

The worker here, was misinformed about the Moto Stylus 5G. Told us, if we lose the stylus that came with this phone, we would have to buy a whole new phone.
This is wrong.
IF you lose the stylus, you CAN purchase a new stylus for $15.00 off of motorola's website.”

“I found 1SC through Angie's List when we were building our new house. Ryan came by to discuss how to beat wire the house for A/V and the first impression was excellent. Ryan comes with a vast expertise in this field including knowledge of the latest home automation and technology. Never did he try to upsell nor pressure me. He was very consultative and inquisitive of how the right technology could provide the user experience I was looking for. The BOM and pricing was straight forward. The 1SC install team is second to none and did an awesome job setting everything up and Ryan was right there to ensure what we had designed was implemented. A few post install questions were quickly answered. A year after the House was done we leveraged Ryan for the basement man cave and the experience again was excellent. I'm happy to say that we remain a happy client of Ryan and 1SC and highly recommend them.”
