I walked in the store browsing around, I was looking for a mattress but wasn't sure what to get, but Miss Peggy the sleep expert stepped in and took her time and was patient to walk me around the entire store to make sure I get the Mattress I looking for. she was very helpful and polite. I can't speak for anyone else but this is not the last time they'll see me. keep up the great job.”

“I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”

“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless. Kudos to both as we await delivery of our new mattress.”

“Nick helped me purchase all my furniture for my new house. He knew a lot of the products and matched me with pieces that fit my needs. I was able to add another furniture the day before delivery to the existing order without any extra charges or delivery fees. Day of delivery went smooth. There were two men who carried the boxes inside and assembled everything nicely and efficiently. The sectional I got required a bit of extra work to put together but they managed it well. Lastly, Nick helped us out by requesting to have all the boxes taken out after everything was done which was a huge huge help! I will come back to purchase a few more pieces!”
