“Beings that it is 4th of July weekend, I highly doubted that I would be able to have two tired replaced, one of which was flat. I went to the store around 3pm and spoke to a cashier named Marilyn. One of the service techs was standing there with her named Rey. I asked them about replacing my two tires today, and was told all appointments were full but they would be happy to schedule me for another day. I work and it is not easy for me to find the time to come back in during the week. Rey told me that he understood and squeezed me in.
