“Went here a few years ago to get a coffee table my wife at the time ordered it when she got it she was unhappy with it. The staff was very accommodating and suggested something else. My wife took a look at it in the showroom and liked it so they delivered it she got it home and she said that she didn't want it she wanted them to come back and pick it up. They said they wouldn't, and my wife freaked out on me because of course it was my fault that she couldn't make up her mind. The staff the owners the delivery guy and everybody including myself did everything we could possibly do to make her happy and there was nothing that could be done.
