“Everyone at the Verizon store are really friendly and they're all very knowledgeable. I've had a lot of experiences with them from buying phones, pre-ordering and billing issues or whatnot. I'm not going to get specific with any of these incidents because there are so many but I've never had an issue with them and they always have answers and correct my issues.”

Went in to have my information switched to my new phone. Adrianne came over and helped us. Adrianne was very professional and friendly. Adrianne set up the phones to move the information over. She let us know that her shift was over and Keese (hope spelling is close) very nice professional gentleman came over and finished the copy once the phones were done. He was so nice he took the extra steps to make sure an app I needed MLB copied over correctly because we have tickets to a game we're going to ?”
