Bob at the store was the most friendly and helpful person I think I’ve ever met! Their prices are cheaper than the other stores. They have a very large selection of products. Bob was so helpful I will be back, this will be the only smoke shop. I go to in New Jersey!”

“Went in on 3/1/24 around 3pm for the first time. The place itself is really nice, and the gentleman that was there was amazing! Very informative and helpful, as well as friendly and personable. He was attentive to us and our needs from the time that we walked in to the time that we left. He made the experience very pleasant and we have every intention of returning mainly because of the service that we received!”

“Excellent customer service! Bought some silver coins a little over spot. Wife bought some jewelry. Owner is prior service Navy and a good dude. The young lady working there that day was also very nice and helpful. Had a few laughs with both of these guys. Went above and beyond with some honest advice on helping sell some car parts. Not sure what all these old bad reviews are about, must be under new management or ownership. Recommend revisiting the store and see for yourself. These folks don't deserve the reviews that apply to other owner or manager. Please consider removing or updating your review. I couldn't of had a better experience.”

“They need a bigger variety of high quality pipe tobacco like Williams had, A+V is by far, no tobacconist, however, I want to shop more at a B&M store, but in order for a lover of pipes, they need good tobacco selections, and good quality pipes, not those cheap plastic pipes or those knock off poor cob pipes, good quality corn cob pipes are from Missouri Meershaum, and as for pipes, they should have a selection of Meershaum and briar pipes, they do not realize if they also cater to pipe lovers, they will have a far bigger outreach of people”
“Great experience! World Smokes has a very wide selection of specialized products. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he carries. The store environment is very inviting and the prices are very reasonable. This is the place you go to if you don't want to order online. There are products in this store you cannot find anywhere else locally.”
