Went in to have my information switched to my new phone. Adrianne came over and helped us. Adrianne was very professional and friendly. Adrianne set up the phones to move the information over. She let us know that her shift was over and Keese (hope spelling is close) very nice professional gentleman came over and finished the copy once the phones were done. He was so nice he took the extra steps to make sure an app I needed MLB copied over correctly because we have tickets to a game we're going to 😍

After having weeks long issues with my phone, and getting NOWHERE with customer service over the phone, I finally broke down and went into the store. The employees at this location Millville) specifically Kinnis and Brandon, completely changed my outlook on going into the store to correct issues. I first went into the store around 1:30 pm, Kinnis troubleshooted my phone for over an hour, changing Sim cards, etc. Etc. He is extremely knowledgeable, respectful and patient. Kinnis was able to get my phone up and working for a short time, but I had to return to the store around 4:00pm the same day. Upon returning, Kinnis was busy with another customer, so Brandon took over helping me, and he is just as knowledgeable, respectful and patient as Kinnis. Eventually I made the decision that I just wanted to replace the phone, now in order to do that I needed to go through insurance/warranty, and that needed to be done on the phone with customer service. Brandon graciously let me use the store phone (since mine was not working at all) and I began that process. I was on the phone in the store for over an hour, and with it being Sunday the closing time was 5pm. I did not leave the store until 5:30pm and this was my decision. Brandon continuously told me it was no problem, never rushed me, or made me feel as if I was imposing. I cannot say enough good things about Kinnis and Brandon! If you have an issue, go see them!

I Purchased a New Phone. It Came in the Mail a Day Early. I took the Phone to Verizon. 2 Employee`s Helped Me With The Pin # & Contact Number. I Highly Recommend This Verizon Store.

I would give this store no stars but it won't let me your response is assinine I called Verizon on the phone and got the satisfaction that your store employees refused to give me.They didn't even try ifI were you I would spend a day in the store on the floor and observe their actions and terrible attitudes.

I am a member with Verizon for more than 30 years and today I had the worst experience, that associate that helped me was very rude and not helpful. Please do your job and be helpful to the customers.

I was worried before I went to Verizon, but I was happy when I left. My associate that helped me did a great job. My problem I had with Verizon was fixed very fast. I will return to get my new phone when I'm ready, but I want to Thank Verizon for helping me. Every employee was busy helping customers when I entered the store. The employees were busy helping customers when I left the store. The store was very clean and I was surprised about how amazing the employees were doing such a great job. Verizon has so many new phones available at this time and Verizon has them in stock. Thank You Verizon for helping me today.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!! You have managers walking around instead of helping the service providers who are assisting other customers. Yet the managers chit-chat and talk about eating instead of helping the customers who have been waiting over an hour to get help. One of them even rolling their eyes...ghetto. What kind of people do you have working here?

This place will talk in circles and confuse you on purpose. They told us our watches were free because we added additional phones. Our bill says our watches are $380. I can buy these same watches at Best Buy or Walmart for under $200

Great customer service. Easy and efficient. Didn’t wait long at all. Thinking it was going to be busy walking in by the amount of people in the store at that time. However I didn’t wait long. Although I can’t recall the young man’s name who assisted me.
