“Was here a few months ago just to browse and the people are very friendly they welcome you when you walk in. They sell a lot of outdoors items like tents and other outdoors products too, the store is very well organized also. Everything is sort of on the expensive side thought but I would definitely come back again in the future to make a purchase”

“We were blown away by this store! Dresses GALORE!!! One more gorgeous than the next! A lovely helpful girl named Jazz helped my daughter out so much! Jazz was super friendly and picked out choices we wouldn't have thought of. The store also boasts many casual and in between clothing too. Fantastic costume jewelry etc! Reasonably priced - we will definitely be back !!!”
“Just returned from the Tyler Park Crafts Fair where I discovered this vendor. Bought two pieces instantly. Artistic, fresh, insanely soft and comfy and roomy and useful (pockets!). Here's what I've never done until this minute: go to a crafts fair, return home, and actually call the vendor to thank and praise her. And as soon as I post this, I will go to her website and purchase the rest of my fall/winter wardrobe now that I know my size in her lineup. Sorry to sound like a crazy lady rabid fan, but have been waiting for this kind of design for a long while.”

One of my very first orders arrived with a broken earring, so I reached out to their customer service team and they replaced the pair without hesitation. It's really nice that they include a coupon with every order, too! Great shop for the every day Halloween lover, and if its just your personal style.”
“Alex is a diamond in the rough!! I called in to see if there was a dress available and not only did he walk all the way around the store looking for it he realized another customer was trying it on so he said to call back. I called back and he put both that size and another size aside for me. He has no idea how much he helped me out just by doing that. I was in such a hurry and the time i saved because he helped me was amazing!! PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! It’s very hard to find people like him and you don’t want to loose him!!!!”

My friend and I have a fundraising gala in one month and we made a private shopping appointment with Andréa. From the moment we walked in, we were in welcoming arms and expert hands. “This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers. She was always around for assistance or to help with matching items, but never hovering. This store is the reason I still shop in person.”

“Always extremely clean. The organization is also great - the men's and kid's section are close together, and the women get a whole half of the store lol. The workers are always kind and willing to help. The clearance section is always packed with great deals - I'd definitely recommend dropping by if you are in the mall :)”
“Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. Huge huge thank you to the two kind associates going above and beyond in customer service!! Very much appreciated!”

“I really like this Jockey store, and the folks working there were super helpful on a visit a few months back. I ended up purchasing some new undergarments, all of which have held up so well so far and are clearly high quality, as well as a casual cotton long-sleeved shirt.I liked it so much that I actually bought it online in two other colors also. For $20, it's super cozy yet presentable, so you can go out in it or sleep in it.Prices are reasonable for the level of quality. I prefer the stuff I bought there better than my existing stash of undergarments, so I'm sure I'll return someday to replenish the stock as needed.”
