“Went to this Old Navy for the first time just to browse but came out with two outfits, looking forward to wearing them once the weather warms up. I’m normally overwhelmed in stores shopping due to the disorganization and too many people. I didn’t feel this way after this shopping trip so that was a plus.
Pros: Items were organized and easy to find.
Cons: Maybe I missed the carts or carry bags but I had to carry all items in my arms around the store to try on at the fitting room.”
“Even though they did not have what we were looking for. The sales clerk overheard our conversation and offered to look the item up. He found it, and we decided to have it orderd and ship directly to our home. The clerk did all the leg work and all we had to do was pay for it.

“A luxurious space, very open seating, large restaurant, very good food, I have never been to a restaurant that looked so luxurious, the menu is very extensive, there are a lot of choices for breakfast dim sum that I have never heard of before, and the service is extremely attentive. I come here for breakfast with colleagues. The foods is brought out look like eating in the palace”

“Everytime I come here the staff is super friendly. They always have a lot of variety in clothing and household items and such. Their inventory also stays updated. “I recently got custom T-shirts from CAC and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The print quality is sharp, vibrant, and exactly as I designed. The material of the shirts is soft and comfortable, not the cheap kind that fades after one wash.

“I stopped by Nordstrom Rack last week while I was looking for a dress and shoes for a wedding I was attending in California.
They had a nice selection overall. I wasn’t able to find a dress, mainly because the wedding required specific colors and I couldn’t find one in the color I needed. That part was a little disappointing, but they did have a good variety of dresses in general.
Where they really stood out was the shoes. They had a strong selection of dressy shoes, along with a lot of other items. This is one of those stores where you can usually find cute summer sandals, pocketbooks, undergarments, and random good finds if you take your time.
Even though I didn’t find what I was specifically looking for on that visit, I do like this Nordstrom Rack and would come back. It can be a hit or miss, but more often than not, you’ll walk out with something.”

“i initially came in the store for a return but decided to look around and get other items. there was this one top i was looking at last time i was in but i could not find it anywhere this time. at check out i went to eve and she rung me out and searched up online to find the shirt, she was so communicative and easy to talk to, the other worker there emily, checked all around that back room and the floor, the girl was DETERMINED to help me find this shirt, i kid you not she searched for 20 minutes to help me. she got me the shirt and in the size i wanted, i’ve literally never seen 2 workers so helpful and determined to help me find a product considering it was also 8:30pm before closing. eve and emily definitely deserve more praise, such sweet lady’s and great workers, bless them!!”

“New remodel really made this store great again, I hope it stays stocked and beautiful! Expensive but clearance had good deals, just not a lot of size range. Not many promotions and rewards program is below average. But good quality product makes up for it. Very few fitting rooms, so I purchased without trying on. Young blonde gentleman that was greeting that day was really great and friendly checked in on me 3 times during my visit and assisted what I was looking for. Thank you!”
“Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! “I always find something here - but the star off is for the same complaint others have voiced - I’ve walked in there two or three times prepared to spend - and I did - but am never welcomed with the “welcome in” every other customer received after me - it’s plain hurtful. Every person that walks in should be greeted by at least one of the three employees who are in the store. I felt invisible- until it was time to pay.”
