“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “They have good stuff but generally over priced. They also changed their return policy few years ago to one year return policy. No longer the unconditional life time guarantee! Rarely they have a good sale in the store.”
“The store had a great variety of options, What I loved about the store were the staff. They helped me with exactly what I needed and more importantly didn’t try and sell me things that were unnecessary. They were very professional and precise about their actions. I want to especially thank Calvin for his courteous and kind nature. He helped me to find the right shirt sizes for my wedding I’m attending! I Definitely would recommend going if you are looking for dress shirts, pants and suits. Especially at the time of writing this they have quite the sale.”
