“I’m originally from Cherry Hill lived there most my life and few years back I moved away well I came home for a visit this past weekend and had such a meaningful experience. A sales associate named Malinda T helped my family, and I just want to recognize how kind, patient, and genuinely caring she was—especially with my three special needs sons.
She didn’t rush us, she made my kids feel comfortable, and she truly went above and beyond. That kind of compassion is rare and it meant a lot to me as a parent.
I hope management sees this because she is an incredible employee and deserves recognition. Thank you, Malinda!

“A luxurious space, very open seating, large restaurant, very good food, I have never been to a restaurant that looked so luxurious, the menu is very extensive, there are a lot of choices for breakfast dim sum that I have never heard of before, and the service is extremely attentive. I come here for breakfast with colleagues. The foods is brought out look like eating in the palace”

“I like shopping at Kohls, especially for children's clothes and some items for my home.
I find shopping for clothes for myself is not as good as it used to be, however.
When I can earn Kohls cash, I find prices to be good, but the price of most things have increased and will never go back down. It's that way all around, unfortunately. I feel retail has taken advantage of the current political situation.”
“They moved stuff around since last trip. But I needed a dress shirt because the neck on my last one must have shrunk lol. Nice well dressed gentleman measured my neck and showed me my area. Quick and easy. And he was helping a few customers but was moving.”
“I've visited this location on several occasions to find outfits for work events, and the staff has always been extremely helpful. This most recent time, I was helped by Niara. She not only helped me find a great outfit, but she also pinned my pants up so I would look great for my event that night. Highly recommend stopping by!”
“Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! I will be emailing the company to put in a good word for him. Not only did he reconcile the issue but honored the free shipping we were offered and upgraded our delivery to a faster service. “They have a great Selection of casual and formal wear for all occasions. I always find quality clothing and brands you don’t find at the average department. Stores. Recently purchases an Amazing sport coat and the dress pants that were super comfortable, the in-house tailor makes sure everything had an impeccable fit. No need to go anywhere else they have it all!”
“Went into this jcrew today to do a return. The sales associate didn't say much and wasn't very personable. It took longer than it should've to complete the return as well. The store however was very clean and they had a wide selection. I didn't have time to look around at the clothes, but they did have a lot of different choices.”

The store was well stocked but what really stood out was the staff Polite,friendly and knowledgeable to sure but even the outside security team were extremely personable. “Macy's has a great men's clothing selection at reasonable prices. Much is often on sale. Update September 2025. Seems like the Cherry Hill store has changed around the men's section, and in my opinion, not for the better. Less national brands and more house brands. Update, July, 2026, Still, it is an excellent store for mens and ladies' clothes.”
“Talia was very helpful. I returned sneakers I received in the mail to another location, reason being they sent me two different size sneakers. My son was very upset. The other location seemed like I was inconveniencing them and was not helpful when it came to me trying to get the sneakers ordered for the same price I paid. They were now $20 more a week later.
