“Alex is a diamond in the rough!! I called in to see if there was a dress available and not only did he walk all the way around the store looking for it he realized another customer was trying it on so he said to call back. I called back and he put both that size and another size aside for me. He has no idea how much he helped me out just by doing that. I was in such a hurry and the time i saved because he helped me was amazing!! PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! It’s very hard to find people like him and you don’t want to loose him!!!!”

She was very patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and relentless while trying to resolve my issue. She is a perfect example of what a Customer Service Representative should be in fulfilling their duties. If Kohl's conducts training videos to help employees understand how to effectively handle customers Crystal should be the example. She is a KEEPER!”

“Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. Now that they're changing the rewards system, I hope vans continues to platform artists and showcase skate documentaries around the world because it was a fantastic experience.”

I come here for breakfast with colleagues. The foods is brought out look like eating in the palace”

“Wow their customer service is fantastic! We had a shirt get delivered to the wrong house. I was panicked because I had already paid for it. I called the customer service line and by the grace of his, I got a guy named Terrance. I have never had a more genuine and happy to help person than this man! We had some great talks about life stuff and well as him successfully and genuine help and concern for the situation. Higher ups need to give him a raise because that man was amazing and I could see us being friends outside of this escapade ? if you need help with anything ask for Terrance ask for him because he was such a joy and so helpful! I will be emailing the company to put in a good word for him. Not only did he reconcile the issue but honored the free shipping we were offered and upgraded our delivery to a faster service. Terrance if you’re reading this from Seattle we gotta meet up thank you for all your energy and help!!”

“For years, I have been a die-hard Lululemon fan, and I typically purchased a lot of my clothing from the Marlton location, simply because I live so close to it. However, today, I was already at the mall and just stopped in to inquire about a return, and not only did the store handle the return for me, I left feeling like I got leggings that really worked for me. Amy and the rest of the staff were so incredibly helpful and honest, which is really difficult to find. I genuinely could not be more grateful for the customer service at the Cherry Hill store, and I look forward to returning soon. I think many people do not understand that at Lululemon, you are getting high-quality products and service, but it comes with a price. I've never thought about switching athletic wear brands and today's experience just affirms that Lululemon is the best.”
