“I went to this metro store because I needed 2 new phones I called head ahead of time to check if they had it in stock at first I was confused because the guy was super friendly I just wasn't ready for that because of previous experience from other stores.
When I went to the the store the guy took the time to listen to my questions and used the questions I was asking and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I did.
It's rare to find customer service that take the time to listen to what the customer wants.”

Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.”

We were leary but he explained everything in detail and we decided to go with the new package. Received the phones in the mail and went back to AJ to set them up for us. “So on the way home to Ramsey from Hawthorne this is the third 711, I pass. One in Hawthorne, one in Midland Pk and this one in Waldwick. Something tells me wait till I get to this one before pulling over and thank God i listened to my gut! 711 has a drink called Replenish. Its the bomb! Anyway the clerk at this location when I stopped is named Peter. He is so hospitable and personable I had to ask his name. When he saw my purchase he asked if I tried the other flavors, which I hadn't. This guy goes to the fridge gets out 2 flavors I havent tried, gets two plastic cups, PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET, just to give me a free sample!! Not only does he deserve a raise, if 711 knew what I know they would commission him to train employees across the country on how to be personable, make people feel special and be yourself while doing so! If trifecta was a person it would be Peter! Thank you Peter.. You've taken 711 to new heights with little effort and major sincerity!!”
