Marleny Delesus was amazing , patient , thoughtful and very helpful . I still have a few issues but already heading in to see her . She really is a superb manager and made this crazy phone experience much much better !! I give Marleny herself 10 stars .. only reason I stay with Verizon is the customer service like her
