Man named Dan calls me out of the blue and says that he feels he could save me some money on shipping and recharged me for only $19! Who does that nowadays? “Throughout the years I have only been in there a few times I don't frequent it often but each time I do go in there the workers are extremely helpful and friendly and they listen to you and what your needs are and they do accommodate you by pointing out what is the best item for you and they explain how to use it I will always count on this place as long as I live in this area they are pretty good I advise everyone to go there”

“As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”

“Great local hardware store alternative to the big box retailers. I go here for anything specialized or Benjamin Moore paint, which you can't get at the big retailers. Staff is helpful and nice. Open on Sundays.”

“PROS: The guy in the store is very nice and his selection is organized while the store itself is clean. Good size parking lot next to his place as well. prices are all competitive which makes this place a good go-to for basic needs CONS: The selection size is not as big as other hardware stores; Ace, true value, and obviously big box stores like Home depot OVERALL: If you're looking for a simple hardware store this is the place to come to. I don't expect them to be as big as the Home Depot, but for basic needs they're good”
