“We went this week for the first time & our toddlers really enjoyed the gym. There was a variety of activities which kept them engaged & they loved the zip line. The gym could really use a deep cleaning. The mats throughout the gym were dirty along with the cloth swings, trampoline and toys in bins.”

“Our wedding was absolutely spectacular. People told me it was the best they’ve ever been to. Somebody told me it’s a wedding you talk about in 30 years because it was that good. I plan on having our daughter’s communion and sweet 16 here as well. Maroon was absolutely amazing through the whole 2 year process and went above and beyond to make sure this night would be one to remember for us and all of our 200 guests. A huge special thanks to Liana for taking care of us newlyweds all night. She’s an angel. “MO’s Banquet Hall is top notch! I would recommend this hall to anyone looking for a place to throw a party. Max is amazing and very helpful made my daughter’s Sweet 16 run smoothly and took the stress off of me and I was able to enjoy the night. The bartenders were amazing no complaints the photographer and videographer captured beautiful pictures and so attentive all night! As a wedding photographer its super important to work at a wedding venue that offers not only scenic options to photograph my couple's, but also a helpful staff that makes our lives easier and The Grand has that in spades!Sal is AMAZING. I have never met someone so on top of everything! One second he is in the newly renovated bridal suite helping the bride out with things and then in the blink of an eye he's in the ballroom making sure all of the decor is being done on time! It's honestly amazing!Lets also talk about their newly renovated grounds in the back, they now have a beautiful dedicated area in the back for ceremonies and BEAUTIFUL locations for photos (see my attached photos).It really makes my life so easy to get amazing photos for my couples working here. First off, the whole venue is GORGEOUS, with a beautiful, freshly made ceremony room, cozy but classy cocktail room, and a spectacular elegant ballroom for your reception. Even the hallways, groomsmen suite, and the bridal suites are amazing - they're big, stunning and are perfect for getting ready. If you're considering a winter or summer wedding, this venue is perfect. Even you're in the summer and it gets rained out, you'll still have a picture-perfect ceremony room, so really there is no need to worry. We did our wedding just a week ago and it was amazing!Not only does this venue wow your guests in terms of how it looks, but the staff are INCREDIBLE. We worked with Samantha (our event consultant), Jeffery (our maître d'), Monica (our bridal attendant), Max (helped with the groomsmen) Sal (entertainment services), DJ Tony Gia, and Shar (videographer). From day 1, Samantha was always enthusiastic and patient about our many many many questions that we asked throughout the whole entire year before our wedding. She was a joy to work with! Everything was done professionally and the answers provided truly reflects how much this venue knows and understands how to run a good wedding. Monica, Jeffery, and Max were with us the day of the wedding and they truly ran the show behind the scenes. They were there to answer any questions, take all the stress off of us and our families, and made sure everything was on time and done well. There was really nothing we needed to worry about because Jeffery, Monica, and Max were well coordinated and knew exactly what to do, even with our outside vendors (photographer and florist).One of the best things about The Estate at Florentine Gardens is that they also have amazing entertainment services. If you end up booking this venue, we highly recommend using Sal Travis and his team. Sal was always ready to provide us good song selections and help us craft our package for what we would like to have (lighting, videography, DJ, sparkler towers photo booth, ceremony music, and so much more). DJ Tony Gia was the best - he kept our dance floor up and dancing the whole night and was an amazing MC. Sal's team of videographers were also outstanding and blew our guests away. They were able to catch everything live and even produce an amazing wrap-up video to display at the end of the night.Our friends and families members who have been to so many weddings before said that our wedding was the best wedding that they have ever been to, and we know that it's because The Estate at Florentine Gardens is 1. beautiful, 2. provides the highest quality of service, and 3. is truly working to ensure your day goes smoothly, and 4. the food is so DELICIOUS!! “It was easy to get into for me being handicapped. Employees were polite & friendly. Nice screen. Unfortunately seats were difficult to get out of AND coming out they locked the main doors & sign said exit side door where there was no way a handicapped person could walk or be pushed in wheelchair. That said, we may give it another shot.”

“BEWARE AVOID!! The absolute worst dirtiest and smallest foal oder throughout the whole entire hotel. Only thing I can describe it as someone cooking really bad Indian food 24 hours a day. Most foul smell ever.. also old out dated rooms and hotel management at front desk was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered in my life, when I tried to explain my concerns he laughed and said live with it you get eventually get used to it lol. Unfortunately I booked for an extended stay and was from out of state and was fooled by what I consider a lot of false reviews pumping up all the negative ones. Please don't fall into this rat trap like I did an prepay in advance.”

“My daughter has wanted to get her ears pierced for a long time now and has been too afraid to have it done. This past week she finally said she was ready to have it done. My wife called as soon as they opened in the morning and was about to get an appointment for the same afternoon.When we got there, everyone was extremely nice, they helped make my daughter feel at ease. She was still nervous and we had to take some breaks between the steps, but they were so kind, caring and so patient while she worked through her nerves. They were very gentle and showed her exactly what they were going to do and helped her relax.They did both ears at the same time, it was super quick once she settled down and let them pierce her ears. In the end she said she barely felt it and is so excited to now have earrings.Overall it was a really great experience and we’re so happy with how they came out. Would definitely recommend going here!”
