Right off the bat Christian was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and equipment they sell. Christian made me feel welcome and didn't rush me at all. He asked great questions about my riding goals and terrain I hit. Most of all he worked within my budget and got me a killer deal on a Emonda SLR. Christian went over my options and didn't try to over sell me.
