I can attest to the last trait, especially, because there was a miscommunication about my fabric choice. When we reviewed how each of us remembered this, he then readily recalled which fabric I had chosen and actually replaced my awning. Truly, I could not have been more impressed with the professional manner in which he handled what could have been a difficult situation.
The quality of the work is outstanding with careful attention to detail. The large awning has totally transformed our large deck, turning it into what feels like an extra room. Also, since western sun was a major problem, we debated the need for a rolldown for late afternoon. Not only was there no pressure to encourage me to buy this, but also Andrew suggested that I wait a few weeks and see how hot it gets. Ultimately, I did need it, but I was so pleased that I wasn’t compelled to add something that I didn’t need.
Andrew was so very pleasant discussing a major project like this. He patiently took me through his sample books and walked through options of how I could cover our L-shaped deck. Clearly, he is proud to carry on the Opdyke tradition of high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.”

But more than good quality and price is the neighborly treatment you get. True local business that has been an institution at the Jersey Shore.”
