We used their preferred contractors and they got the job done well and in record time. None of the 12 month custom kitchen construction nightmares you hear about. Highly recommend. “ACD is the only granite / countertop company we will use.We just completed a bathroom renovation and ACD installed a two-sink countertop. The job was complicated because the countertop had to fit exactly against door molding on one side and wall tile on the other. Additionally, drilling of the holes for the faucets was critical because of tight clearances.This job came out perfect because of the help we got from Cynthia and Sandy every step of the way. First, they helped us pick the perfect color and material. ACD was very helpful and gave us many samples to makes sure we would be happy with the color. Most importantly, Cynthia made sure the faucets and sinks would fit. Finally, the cutting, drilling, and installation were 100% perfect.ACD also provided the countertops for a kitchen renovation about 5 years ago. The job involved 6 separate countertops and many cutouts around moldings and columns. That job was perfect and is also the reason we will use only ACD.”

“We decided to bite the bullet and do a major kitchen and primary bathroom renovation at the same time. Took quite a bit of time talking to people and visited several potential firms to do the renovation. We went with Alfano because of their professionalism when we visited and from a few solicited opinions; they had done work in our building before. It was a mess for a few weeks, then started looking good, and finally was beyond our expectations in looks and quality at the end. Pretty much finished the major work as scheduled. Great design team, they work well together and have a good system configured to try to minimize your downtime. They worked well on the fly when we noticed things we wanted done a little differently or weren't enamored with as they started on things. Our end result is pretty much perfect. We did experience a little of that "we're nearly done and have moved on to another project" thing that is pretty typical of contractors - I've come to expect this as a pretty much routine (and understandable) practice. They did get to everything in the end. Can't say enough nice things about them. We will likely be doing a few more although smaller projects in the future and they will be the first call. Price was pretty much as expected and quality is very, very good. Great advice on the sub work as well, such as shower and bathroom glass. Worth every penny.”

“In December 2024, I purchased a Chopstir 20610 for my daughter for Christmas to replace one that had given her many years of service. Unfortunately, the new one broke the first time she used it. I contacted your customer service and spoke with Aurora. When I told her of the unfortunate fate of the new Chopstir, she said your company would replace it at no cost. I appreciate it; most of all I really appreciate the kindness as well as the professionalism of Aurora. “We had our dream custom kitchen completed about 7 years ago through Modern Elegance(ME). About 3 months ago we noticed one of the cabinets starting to separate so I called the (ME) team. They responded quickly, came back to our house to evaluate the cabinet and ultimately got us a new replacement, even though our warranty didn’t call for replacement.
The (ME) team informed us the same cabinet company now offers a Lifetime warranty. Ed stood by the cabinet manufactures quality and assured me he’d get us a new replacement cabinet. About 4 weeks later we had our replacement cabinet installed by the (ME) team and you’d never know it was ever removed. The replacement custom cabinet color was a perfect match to our existing cabinets.
We are so happy with the service the (ME) team provided from beginning to end. If you’re planning any Kitchen or Bathroom renovations I highly recommend you give Modern Elegance a call.
