She gave me a huge discount by offering the "Thermador appliance package" which offered me free dishwasher and microwave drawer. She even diverted my order to Lakewood, NJ to save half on the sales tax. I did my homework and texted her my appliance choices so when I met with her, she already prepared an even better deal. “I have been using Quality Bath for years and will continue. They are the most knowledgeable team anywhere. They know the right configurations and will help you put them together. No more calling a company and knowing more about their product than they do! Last year I had seen a new kitchen faucet on the Franke website that looked like what I needed but the information was incomplete. I called Jack and he put me on a three way call with the Franke representative so that I could ask questions! It was perfect! Last month the hose on my Rohl kitchen faucet, purchased from them years ago, started leaking. I called to order a new one. Before I could say much of anything I was connected to the warranty department and spoke to Lea. I didn't even realize it was under warranty but within a few days there was a new hose on my doorstep! She solidified my loyalty! Last week I called and Avi helped me with a Toto toilet and washlet. I would have ordered the wrong combination without his help. I had called other places that did not mention the error and just priced what I told them I thought I wanted. With their help you will never need to return an item or have trouble with an item under warrant. Their prices are as low as you will find so buy from Quality Bath!”

Michelle was very patient during the selection process and a huge thank you to Matt for giving me so many great ideas and for helping me figure out my 3 baths, laundry and kitchen- materials and layouts. Steve the owner gave us a tour of his fabrication facility and this company utilizes the latest in tech and laser fabrication (even the measurements at our new home were all done with lasers by their extremely experienced template crew). This really is a top notch family owned fabricating company and their pricing is very competitive. I give Spaulding Fabricators my highest recommendation! My quartz tops are absolutely gorgeous and the installation was done quickly and professionally.”

“ACD is the only granite / countertop company we will use.We just completed a bathroom renovation and ACD installed a two-sink countertop. The job was complicated because the countertop had to fit exactly against door molding on one side and wall tile on the other. Additionally, drilling of the holes for the faucets was critical because of tight clearances.This job came out perfect because of the help we got from Cynthia and Sandy every step of the way. First, they helped us pick the perfect color and material. ACD was very helpful and gave us many samples to makes sure we would be happy with the color. Most importantly, Cynthia made sure the faucets and sinks would fit. Finally, the cutting, drilling, and installation were 100% perfect.ACD also provided the countertops for a kitchen renovation about 5 years ago. The job involved 6 separate countertops and many cutouts around moldings and columns. That job was perfect and is also the reason we will use only ACD.”
