“I’ve been going to Baywood pharmacy for almost 30 years. They are the opposite of big box pharmacies. One of the pharmacists told me one of my meds raised in price (to $12 every 3 months) and he was trying to get a reduced price for me. I thanked him for trying and my next prescription I refilled was less than $1. You can’t get better service than that!”

“4-23-22 1:30PM Came here with my sister as she was in need of a new hibiscus tree. Her one from last season has been in the house all winter and it needs a friend lol. Once you enter the door there is the plants inside the front doors. Tons of plants and trees you would think you were at a nursery. Than we go in the store and she gets a couple of other items. It looks a lot different than my store in South Florida. This one noticeably had the plants which were extreme as well as outdoor play equipment. I forgot about those days when you relished the couple of months when you can use these things outdoors. My sister was happy with the tree we picked out. In fact after I went home she went back looking for another one but they were all gone. That's how it works at Costco no matter what the location when you see it grab it because it will be gone.”

“I meant to write this review a long time ago. It’s been a month now, the pharmacist on duty who got there at 9 AM early in the morning, I was patient and kind and just straight up empathetic towards my situation. I was waiting there until it opened for medicine that was desperately needed. I was there for somebody else a patient that was in the hospital the night before. The pharmacist went out of her way to make sure that I got the medicine as quickly and as courteous, and as lovely as she was, I was in a very bad spot in a very bad mood, unfortunately, I took it out on her and then proceeded to tell her how sorry I was because my family member it was in very bad situation. She had nothing but compassion she did things in a timely matter. She even called the ER to double check., the correct dosage, and also how to take the medicine. We were literally blessed again after I 19 our stay in the ER and with little sleep, she saw that my lack of patience was due to my complete concern and emergency situation at my house.
I forget her name right now I wanna say Andy in my starts with an a and she’s the pharmacist there, and she was working the day that I went to the pharmacy. She opened about 10 minutes early. She was trying to get ready and I first end, she was unbelievably kind did everything by the book, and was actually gentle to me during an early morning situation, but I certainly didn’t make it easy for her. I apologize profusely and her and I ended up giving each other a hug because I wanted her to know that it was not me to act like that and she handled it like a pro. She also was kind and just wonderful with other patients as well. She needs to be praised, she needs to get the biggest raise that anybody can ever get. Because my situation and the stress that I was under personally unfortunately was not being hidden and she was a product of that. She took it, she endured my lack of patience, and I am forever grateful for her”

This group of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are absolutely the kindest, most helpful, and truly the best I have ever had. They take care of me, answer all questions and are absolutely patients first. So many pharmacies are NOT. Do I wish there was a drive through? Sure. But is it worth giving that up so that I feel 100% safe and confident in the consistent services I know I will receive? Absolutely. If there's ever a shortage of a certain medication, they call me, anything at all and they stop to take time and check on it for me, and they are just so kind to me every time I go there. I absolutely recommend them- especially if you are close to this location. The small town pharmacy feel is what they have. If you are kind to people, they are much more likely to be kind in return. Just a thought...”

“Had a GREAT experience this week! After a recent heart attack, my doctor put me on expensive blood thinner that my insurance doesn't cover. The pharmacy ordered them for me. I got a call Monday from the pharmacy to warn me that the pills were going to cost me $335, and that I should go to the drug company's website and see if there is a coupon. I did, printed it and brought it to pharmacist. It knocked the price down to $75!! THANK YOU GUYS!!! I appreciate your help!”
