From the very outset, Kristen has consistently demonstrated an elevated level of geniality. Her endearing warmth and perpetual attentiveness makes all the difference. She will invariably greet me with a genuine smiling face and a vigorous hand wave through the glass whenever she sees me entering the facility. I am perennially greeted with outstanding customer service that truly sets the tone for enabling me to remain a satisfied customer.
It is certainly rare to find an employee who combines professionalism with such an affable, personal touch, and Kristen exemplifies that perfectly.
At the beginning of 2025, I also had the esteemed pleasure of meeting Tiffany, who diligently works alongside Kristen. Tiffany, an obviously consummate professional in her own right, is just as demonstrative and accomplished as Kristen. We set up a Facetime call to walk through the items I needed moved and quickly scheduled a date. The crew showed up right on time and worked carefully and efficiently to pack everything. I even had a couple of last minute furniture additions, and they were so kind and flexible about adding them to the truck and making sure they got placed exactly where they needed to be.
