We set up a Facetime call to walk through the items I needed moved and quickly scheduled a date. The crew showed up right on time and worked carefully and efficiently to pack everything. I even had a couple of last minute furniture additions, and they were so kind and flexible about adding them to the truck and making sure they got placed exactly where they needed to be. They unpacked everything and neatly organized it into storage. I was really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you, Jersey Shore Moving!”

“I have been a customer of this storage facility for well over six years now. During this period, I have become personally familiar and friendly with Kristen, the manager here.
From the very outset, Kristen has consistently demonstrated an elevated level of geniality. Her endearing warmth and perpetual attentiveness makes all the difference. She will invariably greet me with a genuine smiling face and a vigorous hand wave through the glass whenever she sees me entering the facility. I am perennially greeted with outstanding customer service that truly sets the tone for enabling me to remain a satisfied customer.
It is certainly rare to find an employee who combines professionalism with such an affable, personal touch, and Kristen exemplifies that perfectly.
At the beginning of 2025, I also had the esteemed pleasure of meeting Tiffany, who diligently works alongside Kristen. Tiffany, an obviously consummate professional in her own right, is just as demonstrative and accomplished as Kristen. This synergistic team is the uttermost embodiment of superlative customer relations. I trust you can extrapolate that I will be a customer here for life!”

“The facility is clean, neat and well laid out. My only complaint is that the app to open the front gate was not functioning properly. I called and was told it's an ongoing issue if the power goes out and that IT would be notified.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this business! I have had other storage units at different businesses, and moved everything from them to here! Prices are far better than ANY Public Storage (specifically the company "Public Storage") facility in my area. My only complaint is Brick Self Storage doesn't have enough units just for me! (I currently have three) The owner is on site 6 days a week, the office is open 7, issues are dealt with promptly (never had any except a light bulb in the hallway was out!!) The facility is well lit, easily accessible for small or large vehicles, the climate control is in a reasonable range (not barely warm in winter or barley cool in summer like Public Storage was for the three years I was there) This is "My Place" now! Friendly, helpful, reasonably priced and easily accessible and clean. Can't ask for more. DO NOT waste your money at Public Storage (there are several in the Brick area) come straight to Brick Self Storage and get the first unit they have available!”
